Be responsible for sending and receiving college administrative documents and meeting notices (which will be quickly forwarded to the liaison secretary after receipt), register the communication, organize circulation and filing according to the process, establish an electronic access catalogue, and make access records. Organize it once every quarter and hand it over to the archivist for safekeeping. Establish a register of office documents, leaders' instructions, departmental handling opinions or results, issuing and closing dates, and register them for the record one by one.
The receipt, distribution, transmission, borrowing, transmission and destruction of official documents should strictly implement the registration system, and a large number of documents should be handed over to the customs, so that there are procedures in the ring, documents should be registered in categories, and confidential documents should be separately undertaken and kept by the counter.
4. Log in to the college e-government platform more than 4 times a day (8: 30, 10: 30, 14: 30, 16: 30), and feed back important information to relevant leaders in time.
5. Responsible for the submission of important company documents such as "signing the newspaper", and coordinate and handle the reporting work in strict accordance with the relevant systems and processes of the college.
