The "Blue Bridge Cup" National Software and Information Technology Talent Competition is sponsored by the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. IT is a traditional competition of IT disciplines for college students in China, and it has been selected into the list of national university disciplines competitions. The Youth Creative Programming Competition is specially designed for primary and middle school students in China, and it is dedicated to objectively and scientifically testing students' STEM literacy, logical thinking and programming ability. Programming competition is divided into three levels: preliminary competition, provincial competition and national competition. Only through the preliminary competition can we enter the provincial competition. Players who win the first prize in the preliminary competition and the first prize in the provincial competition can enter the national competition.
