Zhu Guangqian (1September 19971June 19961March 6, 1986), whose real name is Meng Shi, was born in an ancient Jia Zhu house in Dai 'ao Village, Qilin Town, Tongcheng County, Anqing City, Anhui Province. He is a famous aesthetician, literary theorist, educator and translator in modern and contemporary times.
1922 graduated from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Hong Kong. From 65438 to 0925, he studied at the University of Edinburgh, England, devoted himself to the study and research of literature, psychology and philosophy, and later obtained a doctorate in philosophy from the University of Strasbourg, France. After returning to China from 65438 to 0933, he worked as a professor in Peking University, Sichuan University and Wuhan University. 1946 has been teaching at Peking University, teaching aesthetics and western literature. 1March 6, 986, Zhu Guangqian passed away.
