Zeng Guofan's seven couplets express the great wisdom of life.
Many things happen because people are busy and wrong, and good people are half bitter-Zeng Guofan focuses on his study, keeps his mouth shut in a small place, and is independent-Zeng Guofan is either a saint or an animal; Mo Wen harvests, but requires cultivation. -Zeng Guofan taught himself that he has children and grandchildren. He is a rural person. He has a family style of studying and ploughing, but he inherited Zuze's official position. He was speechless. He was indifferent to current affairs. He would only pay for the arduous task.-Zeng Guofan taught himself that he was unhurried in fighting, he sought stability first, he was silent and odorless, and he was sophisticated and shrewd.-Zeng Guofan told himself that there is no easy thing in the world, and there is no one in the world.
