Maybe you will say that happiness is happiness and pain is pain. How can we avoid it? Reality is unavoidable.
My two recent negative emotional experiences took me half an hour to free myself from the pain, and it took me a day and a night at a time, which was particularly devastating. Pain itself is not growth, but reflection on pain itself is. I was thinking about how to avoid pain, so I got the following three gains:
1, powerful people learn how to face pain.
I found Eriksson because he claimed to be a hypnotist made of pain.
Eriksson, what kind of experience did he have? Eriksson suffered from polio at the age of 17, and he couldn't move anywhere except his eyes.
However, through self-suggestion, Eriksson not only made his mother feel that he could survive, but also stood up by himself, leaned against the boat and swam in the Mississippi River with some dry food in three years. This is a miracle. How did he do it? He just hinted at himself. Let me tell a story about him for everyone to feel.
After Eriksson was infected with polio, his mother and a nurse took good care of him. Nurses have developed a series of methods to stimulate Eriksson's body, including hot compress, massage, moving paralyzed limbs and so on.
The most important thing is Eriksson's own exploration. At that time, he was convinced that he didn't know how to recover on the conscious level, but his subconscious knew, so he calmed his mind and said to the depths of his subconscious: I have a goal to stand up. Please do me a favor and tell me what to do.
The subconscious really gave him the answer. In a completely relaxed state, his mind reflected a picture: when he was a child, he was picking apples.
This picture is a real picture. He did pick apples like this when he was a child, and he was very happy and enjoyed it. When this picture first appeared, Eriksson ignored it. After all, he asked such a big question and stood up from paralysis. How can he give such a simple answer?
He asked the same question to his subconscious and got the same answer. After this picture was repeated many times, he suddenly realized that this was the answer.
So, in a state of paralysis, he carefully realized that this picture became more and more detailed, and finally it was nuanced and extremely vivid. His hand slowly reached the apple on the tree. The apple seemed to be broken down into a series of tiny movements. He experienced the movement of his hand and body in every tiny movement, completely relaxed and very focused.
A few weeks later, the muscles involved in this picture recovered slightly and could do the actions in this picture, which was the beginning of Eriksson's recovery.
Next, he kept repeating the work. Whenever he wants to achieve a rehabilitation goal, he gives himself to the subconscious and asks it to do him a favor. The subconscious mind is always reflecting all kinds of answers, which may be a picture like picking apples, an image, or something else, but they all lead him to recovery.
In the process of this recovery, the key point is that Eriksson deeply understands that there is no answer in his mind or mind. If he asks his mind "What should I do", he can't find the answer; But whenever he asks himself a deeper inner subconscious, the subconscious always tells him the answer.
So when we encounter specific difficulties, such as not being able to make a breakthrough in our career, or being too sad to extricate ourselves. At this time, we don't know what to do, so we might as well plunge into our subconscious abyss.
How can I enter the abyss of my subconscious? Relax all over.
When doing hypnosis, the hypnotist will constantly guide and say, relax, relax ... what is relaxation for us? Is to relax muscles and bones, that is, our bodies.
Hypnotist Gilligan said that every tension in your body is linked to an idea in your head, so when you can really relax your body, you put down the idea in your head, that is, your consciousness. At this time, the subconscious has the greatest space to present.
Therefore, this is the first wonderful way I have gained: relax all over and work hard next time. Although it is not so easy to relax all over, it requires constant deliberate practice.
Secondly, I was surprised to find that the cause of pain is narcissism.
Many times, I will do a job unconsciously at the first time: criticize everything and people. I think they are wrong, and they should act according to my mind's imagination of them.
This is an important cause of pain, even the root cause. Our minds try to imagine what others should do, but when others don't meet our imagination, we have emotional pain, and when emotional pain accumulates more, it will become physical pain, and a painful body will be formed. And the source of its formation is our narcissism of our own ideas.
The more narcissistic we are, the more obsessed we are with our own ideas, especially our own ideas about others, which can easily lead to great pain and even collapse.
Therefore, the more narcissistic you are, the more painful you are, the more you can let go of your obsession and face it more easily.
Third, pain will make you know yourself better and complete your heroic journey.
We take it for granted that external people and things will make us afraid, but in the end we find that what you are really afraid of is your own inner self. So we have to get in touch with those parts that particularly scare us.
The key to this process is not to become better in the popular sense, but to touch your true humanity.
Our inner heroic journey is not a small tree desperately growing into a big tree full of positive energy, but a complete tree that also goes deep into the darkness to draw energy. The crown of the tree extends to the bright sky, and the roots are rooted in the dark earth.
Teacher Wu Zhihong thinks that the key to this process is to touch the pain and darkness. Only by touching your own pain can you understand the pain of others; Touch your own darkness to accommodate the darkness of others. When you really touch it, you will find that there are gifts in pain, and darkness is power and life.
As the saying goes, if you look at the abyss, the abyss will look at you. When you dive into the darkness, you can also feel the power brought by the darkness.
The so-called darkness is that the original energy of narcissism, sex and aggression has not been seen and unfolded. Therefore, we might as well be brave and bold, and live narcissism, sexuality and aggression without hurting others or ourselves, instead of being depressed all the time.
Therefore, when negative emotions come, the way we can connect with inner joy as soon as possible without wronged ourselves is to return to our inner self and feel the darkness and pain inside, and then you will find that they will give you strength!
