After reading the question, I was first moved. It’s rare for a parent to think so deeply about their children’s growth. In every text, we can see the deep affection and expectations of a father.

The second is pride. I have always believed that when more and more parents pay attention to education and find ways to help their children grow up, this is a huge progress in Chinese education and a great relief for teachers.

——At least, the parents of students that I have experienced so far are mostly in two extremes: free-range carelessness, and monitoring-type tracking.

Usually answer questions. After reading the questions, answer them immediately without drafting. At that moment, I paused. I read the question carefully again, raised my head and pondered, and then replied after a while.

My attitude is very clear. From a teacher’s perspective, I support “college entrance exam immigration.”

From a utilitarian perspective, any reasonable means that can help children get into a better university and gain a wonderful life are desirable. In order to get a better education for their children, why can't the whole family move eastward?

I only gave one condition for successful "immigration": cost.

In essence, raising children is also an investment in human resources, which also applies to the "cost theory" of economics.

In the era of "Meng Mu moved three times", the overall cost of living in society was relatively low. Meng's mother was from a poor family and wandered around with her children. She didn't need to rent a house, and she could "steal from teachers" even if she couldn't pay the tuition.

Times have changed, and now the cost of "traveling to study" is much higher. The first thing to consider is how to circumvent national policy restrictions; the second thing is to strive for admission qualifications and enter the ideal school. Of course, as long as there is strong economic support, my worries are unfounded.

Let’s talk about Hengshui, a famous educational city that many parents yearn for.

Four years ago, as a member of the unit’s inspection team, I had the honor to visit Hengshui Middle School for two days. Hengshui City in Hebei Province is not much more developed than Ankang in his hometown, but they have a nationally renowned specialty: the education industry with Hengzhong as its core.

The entire development of Hengshui City revolves around education. The taxi driver told us that only when Hengzhong is out of school and holds various off-campus tours, all of them will go to work. The roads will always be blocked, and the hotels will be full... There are also teaching schools with the "Hengzhong" brand. Tutoring, training, summer camps, etc.

People in Hengshui are all grateful to Hengzhong. Except for Hengshui, it is unprecedented for a school to drive prosperity for one area. The best example of the deep integration of education and industry is none other than Hengshui.

Why do so many parents go through all the trouble to bring their children to Hengshui? Why do so many teachers travel thousands of miles to learn from Hengzhong?

At the gate of Hengzhong, everyone who passes by will stop and sigh. On the eye-catching honor list, the 104 students who were admitted to Peking University and Tsinghua University that year, with their sunny faces and simple names, were recorded by passers-by on camera and became inspirational class meeting material for the national college entrance examination.

From the perspective of the college entrance examination, this data alone beats all high schools in China.

Behind the honor, I also saw the full youthfulness of Hengshui students and the carefulness, love, concern and profound knowledge of Hengzhong teachers.

Yes, as a teacher who is teaching in the first line of high school, I agree with Hengshui Middle School. I also agree that parents with sufficient conditions should send their children to Hengshui, or other areas or schools with advanced education, so that their children can enjoy more complete knowledge services.

The pursuit of educational fairness has always been a deceptive proposition of the official government or a cry of the weak among the people. Without differentiated education, it is impossible to cultivate high-level and creative talents. I believe that the success of education in the future will not lie in the centralized "unified college entrance examination", but in the cultivation of increasingly differentiated personalities, especially in high school and college.
