Professional ethics of cleaners
All cleaning staff should abide by the company's rules and regulations within the scope of the cleaning staff's job responsibilities formulated by the company, go to work on time, and must not leave their posts without reason. They should wear work clothes and hang work tags when going to work, dress neatly, be polite when going to work, obey management, unite with colleagues, do not do anything irrelevant to the essential work during working hours, do not do anything detrimental to the company's image, and are not allowed to misappropriate, damage or lose company items without permission. While improving the professional ethics of cleaning staff, we should pay more attention to the education of professional quality. Educate employees to consciously abide by the company's annual main work and cleaning schedule, and at the same time, they should take part in some health surprise work in time, such as rain and snow on the road, and have the obligation to publicize some health knowledge to the owners, discourage and stop some uncivilized and unsanitary phenomena and behaviors, and have the obligation to maintain the normal condition of public equipment. In the process of cleaning, if public facilities are found to be damaged, they should be reported in time, set up the guiding ideology of serving the owners, reflect the good image of the cleaning staff, do a good job in seasonal hygiene, especially in summer, do a good job in disinfection, mosquito killing and fly killing, pay attention to saving water, take good care of sanitary tools, repair the old and make use of the waste, store them as a whole after use, and clean them up in time. Have the obligation to assist other staff to do a good job in the security of residential quarters and office buildings, and complete other tasks assigned by the company in time.
