Chapter 1
01 "Shang Shu"
Playing with people loses morality, and playing with things loses morale. The ambition is peaceful with the way, and the words are connected with the way.
Taking pleasure in teasing others is a sign of moral corruption. If you are too obsessed with something, you will lose your fighting spirit. One's own will must be in line with the Tao in order to be at peace, and other people's speech must also be in line with the Tao in order to be accepted.

03 "Guoyu"

Once a person is controlled by desire, desire is like a deep valley, unfathomable, and cannot be filled with many things. It will lure you step by step towards the abyss.
04 "Warring States Policy"
When the sun is at noon, it will move, when the moon is full, it will lose, and when things are prosperous, they will decline.

06 "Tao Te Ching"
Difficult things in the world must be done with ease; great things in the world must be done with details.
No one can become fat in one go. The road must be walked step by step and done one by one. No matter how difficult things are, they always start from simplicity. No matter how big things are, they also have small aspects.
07 "The Analects of Confucius"
I examine myself three times every day: Am I being unfaithful to others? Make friends but don’t believe it? Are you not used to it?
Only through reflection can we make progress. If people want to grow, they must first learn to reflect on themselves. Only by reflecting on your own shortcomings and seeing your shortcomings can you become a better version of yourself.
08 "Mencius"
Those who love others will always be loved by others, and those who respect others will always be respected by others.

Chapter 2
1 "Zhuangzi"
Great knowledge is leisurely, small knowledge is momentary; big words are arrogant, but small words are Zhanzhan.
People with great wisdom always show an open-minded attitude; people with little talent worry about trivial matters. Speeches that contain great principles are always easy to understand, while those that are clever are full of nonsense.
It is clear.
Don’t dwell on the past, and don’t worry about the future. Do it when it comes, and seize the opportunity when it comes. Don't worry about meaningless things and live in the present.

The water of a river is not water from one source; the fur of a thousand yi is not the white of a fox.

9 "Book of Han"
Loyal advice is unpleasant to the ear and beneficial to action; good medicine is bitter to the mouth and beneficial to disease.
Harsh words may be unpleasant, but they are useful, just like medicine may be bitter, but it can remove diseases.
Having one friend who says good things is more valuable than having a hundred friends who say nice things.
10 "The Chronicles of the Three Kingdoms"
Don't do evil because it's small, and don't do good because it's small.
No matter how small a good deed is, it is a good thing that benefits others; no matter how small a bad deed is, it will hurt others. Don't do bad things. If you do a little bad thing, your blessings may be far away from you.

7 "The Notes of a Small Window"
Too many words when you are happy are untrustworthy, and too many words when you are angry are unbecoming.
