(1) The boundary line is divided by the fence of the factory in principle, and if there is no fence, it is determined by the scope of the general layout design of the whole factory.

(2) Cables outside the factory and entering the factory shall use the corresponding subheadings in Volume II, and be calculated by multiplying the sectional mountain and hill coefficients according to the line conditions. When the cable outside the factory is long, the on-site transportation fee will be calculated separately.
