A rhymed poem, the mystery has been exhausted. The key to the great road is nothing more than doing nothing but being the four universes. But doing nothing, so it does not stagnate in the image of Fang, but doing nothing, so it does not fall into stubborn emptiness, death and emptiness. The effect is nothing more than one middle, and the two eyes are all in the cardinal. The two eyes are like the handle of the bucket, mediating the good fortune and transferring yin and yang. The great medicine is always gold in water, which is just lead in the water town. The preface is reflected in the light, which is to point out the initial opportunity. To control the inside from the outside, that is, to support the winner. These are the middle and lower level people who have cultivated the lower two levels in order to penetrate the upper level. Today, the clues are getting clearer and the mechanisms are getting better and better. Heaven does not love the Tao. Directly reveal the supreme purpose, the secrets of all the disciples, and encourage them!
The husband reflected on his reputation. As the skill advances to a higher level, the brilliance will become more brilliant and the method of recovery will become more wonderful. The former controlled the inside from the outside, but now it is centered in the center to control the outside. The former was the auxiliary prime minister, but now he is dedicating himself to the prime minister, and his appearance is completely reversed. To achieve tranquility, you must first regulate your body and mind, be at ease and peaceful, let go of everything, and be completely naked. The heart of heaven is located in the middle, and then the eyes are lowered, as if summoning ministers under an imperial edict, who dares not to obey. Next, use your inner eyes to illuminate Kan Palace. Wherever the light reaches, the true Yang will come out to respond. It is separated from external yang and internal yin, which is the dry body. When a yin enters and dominates, it generates the mind along with the things, and flows out and out. Now the light shines inside, and does not follow the things. The yin energy stays, and the brilliance shines, which is pure yang. People of the same kind will be close to each other, so the rise of Kanyang is not Kanyang, but Qianyang should correspond to Qianyang Er. As soon as the two objects meet, they become entangled and move around, coming and going quickly, floating and sinking. In the Yuan Palace, it seems as if it is too empty and immeasurable, and the whole body is light and wonderful, and it is said that clouds fill a thousand mountains. There is no trace of the comings and goings, no discernible ups and downs, and the pulse stops and the breath stops. This is true intercourse. It is said that the moon contains thousands of waters. Suddenly, in the darkness, the heart of heaven suddenly moved, and this was the time when a sun came back and revived the child. However, the message here needs to be explained in detail. When mortals see and hear, their ears and eyes move after objects, and the objects are gone. The movement and stillness are all common people, but the king of heaven follows them, and they are living with ghosts. Nowadays, every movement and stillness are inhabited by humans, and the Heavenly Lord is a real person. When it moves, it moves with it, and when it moves, it is the root of heaven; when it is still, it is still with it, and when it is still, it is the Moon Cave; when it is still and moves for no reason, it is also the motion of stillness and without reason; when it rests up and down, it is also when it rests up and down, which is called the root of heaven. Yueku is also a place for leisurely travel. If the Heavenly Mind is calm, if it moves against the right time, it will lose its tenderness; if the Heavenly Mind has already moved, and then moves in response, it will lose its oldness; once the Heavenly Heart moves, it will rise to the Qian Palace with its true intention, and the divine light will look at the top as a guide. This is Those who move and respond to the time. The heavenly mind has risen to the top of the body, wandering in contentment, but suddenly wants to be still, and is eager to introduce the true meaning to Huangting, and his eyes are focused on the Huang Shen chamber. Once he wants to be still, not a single thought will arise. Those who look inside, suddenly forget what they are looking at. At that moment, the body and mind will be in a great state of release, and all the connections will be lost. Even my sacred chamber, the cauldron, I don’t know where it is. I want to find my body, but I can’t find it. This is When the heaven enters the earth and all the wonderful things return to their roots, this is when the mind is concentrated into the Qi Cave.
When the light returns, it begins to disperse and it wants to converge, and the six functions cannot be used. This is to cultivate the original source. Add oil to take over your life. Once it is gathered, it will naturally swim freely without any effort. This is the ancestral orifice of calming the mind and gathering the innate nature. Then all the influences are gone, and there is great tranquility. This is the hibernation hole where all the wonderful things return to their roots. There are three sections in one section and nine sections in one section, both of which are developed later. Now, in one verse, there are three verses, which should be cultivated and calmed down for the first time. Xiju is also a form of cultivation, and hibernation is also a form of cultivation. After all, the cultivation is all hibernation. The middle level can be deduced by analogy. It is not easy to place but it is to be dealt with. This is an invisible orifice. It can be found in thousands of places. Yan, this is the time when there is no waiting, and Yuan Hui will be born for a moment.
If the mind is not extremely still, it cannot move. If it moves and forgets to move, it is not the movement of the original body. Therefore, it is said that the movement caused by being affected by things is the desire of nature. If it is moved without being affected by things, it is the movement of heaven. This means that moving with things is the desire of nature. If it is not driven by things, it is the movement of heaven. Instead of comparing the movement of the heaven to the nature of the heaven, just say the word "desire" at the end of the sentence. "Desire" means that there are things. This is the thought of moving out of position, and there is movement when there is movement. If you can't think of it even once, then righteous thoughts will arise. This is the true meaning. In the silence of great concentration, the heavenly machine suddenly moves. It is not an unintentional movement, it is done by doing nothing. This is the meaning. The first two sentences of the poem fully encompass the role of the golden flower. The next two sentences mean that the sun and the moon interact with each other. The sixth month means leaving the fire, and the white snow flying means leaving the middle and the true yin will return to the kun. The third watch is a ridge of water, and the sun disc is a yang in the ridge, which will return to the dryness. Take the hurdles and fill in the gaps, that is, you will be in it. The second sentence talks about the function of the bucket handle to lift and lower the whole machine. Isn’t it rough in the water? The eyes are Xunfeng, and the gaze shines into Kan Palace, capturing and summoning the essence of the sun. The sky is the palace of Qian, and when you return to Shikunde, the spirit enters the air, and the sky enters the earth to nourish the fire. The last two sentences point out the secret within the formula. The secret of the art is always inseparable. It is said that "washing the mind and washing away worries is taking a bath". Holy science begins with knowledge and ends with perfection. It begins with the infinite and ends with the infinite.
The Buddha’s mind arises out of non-absence, which is a great Tibetan teaching. My Tao uses the word "Zhixu" to complete the whole work of life and life. In short, the three teachings are just one sentence, which is the magic elixir for transcending death and entering life. What is the "magic pill"? Said, everything is just without intention. The most secret of my ways is bathing. This is a complete work, but the word "empty heart" is enough. Now that I have pointed it out, I will save decades of visits.
My descendants don’t understand that there are three knots within one knot. I use the three Buddhist concepts of “emptiness, falsehood, and center” as a metaphor. The first of the three views is emptiness, seeing that everything is empty; the second is false, although it is aware of its emptiness, it does not destroy all things, but still establishes everything in the air; it neither destroys all things, but does not touch all things, this is the Middle Way. When he practices emptiness, he also knows that all things are indestructible and cannot be attached to. This combines the three views, but after all, seeing emptiness is his strength. Therefore, if you practice emptiness, you will be emptied, solid, empty, false and empty. When cultivating the concept of falsehood, if you use it most effectively, then falsehood will become solid and false, emptiness will also be false, and the middle will also be false. When you are on the middle path, you also have empty thoughts, but it is not called empty, but called middle.
It is also a false view, but it is not called false, but called middle. As for Zhong, there is no need to say anything.
Although I sometimes talked about separation, sometimes I also talked about hurdles, but I never moved a word. He opened his mouth and said, "The cardinals are all in the second eye." The so-called cardinal is used. It is used to mediate good fortune, not to say that good fortune will stop there. The six roots and seven orifices are all hidden by light. How can you take two eyes and not ask about it? Use Kanyang and still use the illuminated light to take pictures, that is, it will be clear. Zhu Zi (Yunyang, taboo Yuanyu, Northern Sect) Changyun. "It's not easy for a blind person to practice Taoism. It's okay for a deaf person." How is it different from what I said? Special representation of the importance of his main and auxiliary roles.
The sun and the moon are originally one thing, and the darkness in the sun is the essence of the true moon. The moon cave is not on the moon but on the sun. It is also called the moon cave. Otherwise, just say that one month is enough. The white spot in the middle of the moon is the light of the true sun. The sun's rays reflect in the middle of the moon, which is called the root of the sky. Otherwise, self-proclaimed heaven is enough. A day and a month, when separated, are only half, but when put together, they form a whole. Just like a husband and a wife, living alone cannot make a family. Only when there is a husband and wife can a family be considered complete. However, things are hard to explain. When a couple separates, they still become two people. The sun and the moon are separated and cannot form one body. Knowing this, the ears and eyes are still the same. I say that the blind have no ears and the deaf have no eyes. From this point of view, it is said that it is one thing, it is said that there are two eyes, it is said that there are six hatreds, six roots and one root. It is said that there are seven orifices, seven orifices and one orifice. I only revealed the similarities between them, so I don't see that there are two. In this life, I only focus on my other place, so I change my eyes everywhere.
Translation:
This rhymed poem of mine has explained all the mysteries of the exercises. The key to the great road is nothing more than the four words "doing something by doing nothing". Only by inaction can we not remain stuck in categories and images; only by doing something through inaction can we avoid falling into emptiness and emptiness. The function is nothing more than the word "中"; and the cardinal is all in two eyes. The two eyes are like the handles of the Big Dipper. The mediation of nature and the transfer of yin and yang all depend on it. As for big medicine, it always just tastes like "gold in water".
The light-returning technique mentioned above is used to guide beginners, to control the inside from the outside, and to use ministers to protect the king. Here are two levels for middle and lower level people to practice to penetrate the exercises proposed in the above level. Now the path of spiritual practice is gradually becoming clearer, and the key points of the exercises have gradually become more proficient. God does not cherish the precious Taoism, so it allowed me to reveal the supreme purpose directly. You should cherish it! Try your best!
Huiguang is the general name of the technique. But if the skill goes up a level, the brilliance will be grander and the way of returning the light will be better. The previous method controlled the inside from the outside, but now the method controls the periphery from the center; the previous method used ministers to protect the king, but now the method uses the emperor's imperial edict to issue orders, which is a complete reversal.
The content of this exercise is that before you want to enter tranquility, you must first adjust your body and mind to make it comfortable and peaceful, and then let go of all the connections without any worries. Let Tianxin be in the center, and then lower your eyes, just like summoning the ministers under the imperial edict. Who dares to disrespect it? Then, use your eyes to shine on Kan Palace (Dan Tian). Wherever the brilliance goes, the true Yang will come out to catch it.
Li in Bagua is yang on the outside and yin on the inside. Its body was originally the Qian hexagram, and a Yin Yao entered inside and became its master. So the mind arises with things, and flows along with them. Now that the light is shining internally and the mind does not follow things, the yin energy is under control; at the same time, due to the injection of brilliance, it gradually turns into pure yang. And because of the love between the same kind, the Yang Yao in the middle of the Kan hexagram will be mobilized to rise upward. This Yang Yao was originally not Kan Yang, but actually Qian Yang, so it still belongs to Qian Yang and should be connected with Qian Yang. When these two objects meet, they remain entangled and active, coming and going, floating and sinking. At this time, the inner Yuan Palace (referring to the chest and abdomen) is as boundless as space, and the whole body is extremely light and wonderful, floating as if it is about to rise. This is the so-called "clouds fill a thousand mountains." Then, the movement of energy came and went without a trace, rising and falling without a trace. Suddenly, the pulse stopped and the breath stopped. This state is called "Kanli Coupling" in health books; this is the so-called "Moon Contains Ten Thousand Waters". Waiting in that dark place, suddenly the heart of heaven moved, this was the return of the sun, and the resurrection of the child appeared. But the news here needs to be detailed.
Most people use their eyes to see and their ears to hear. The eyes and ears have always moved with external objects. When the external objects are gone, the behavior of seeing and listening ends. The movement here is like the subjects below are doing things, and the emperor above is following them to serve. If you continue like this, it will be like living with a ghost. Nowadays, our people, every movement and stillness, are not with ghosts, but with people. That person is the real person, the emperor in his body. When the emperor moves, all the subjects below him will follow suit; this kind of movement is called "Heavenly Root". When the emperor is quiet, the subjects below also follow suit; this kind of silence is called "moon cave". The emperor's movements are unprovoked, and the subjects follow the movements for no reason; the emperor rests and goes up and down, and the subjects also rest and move up and down accordingly; this is the so-called "walking around leisurely in Tiangen Yue Cave".
When Tianxin is in a state of calmness, if Qi moves too early, Huohou will be too young; if Tianxin is already moving, if Qi moves later, Huohou will be too old. The correct way is to use your true intention to guide the Qi upward to the Qian Palace (top of the head) as soon as your Heavenly Heart moves, and look at the top of your eyes as a guide. This is when you move at the right time. The emperor has ascended to Qian Palace and is enjoying himself when suddenly the movement seems to stop; at this time, he should quickly use his true intention to guide him to descend to the Huangting area (middle Dantian), and look inward at the "heart behind the gate and in front" The Zhonghuang Shrine. Then, the movement of Qi will stop again, which is the result of not having any thoughts.
At this time, the thought of looking inward suddenly faded away. There was a great liberation of the body and mind, and all the feelings and thoughts were extinguished for a moment; the cauldron for alchemy in my sacred room (the cauldron pointed to the middle Dantian, and the furnace pointed to the lower Dantian) , I don’t know where to put it, and I can’t even find it where my body is. If you enter this state, it is called "heaven enters the earth", and that is the moment when all the wonderful things return to their roots. At this stage, it is the so-called "concentrating the mind into the Qi Cave."
According to the order of the light returning technique, when practicing the light returning, the light was like a plate of loose sand at first, and then gradually converged. The trend is that the six functions of eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind seem to stop functioning. This is the practice of "cultivating the source and adding fuel to take over the life". The light that then converged naturally wandered freely without any effort. This is the "Ancestor Aperture of Calming the Gods, Gathering the Innate" section of the technique. Then, all the influences gradually disappear, and you enter a state of tranquility and tranquility. This is the one-part technique of "hibernating in Qi points, and returning all wonderful things to their roots". There are three sections in one exercise. As for the nine sections in one exercise, I will explain it to you in detail later.
Now let’s talk about the issue of three sections in one exercise. When you are in the “cultivation” stage and start to enter tranquility, “Xiju” is “cultivation”, and “hizang” is also “cultivation”. At the "Xi Ju" stage, "cultivating" and "hiding in hiding" are both "Xi Ju". At the end, "cultivating" and "Xi Ju" are also "hiding in hiding", and so on for the middle level. There is no need to change the part (aperture) that the mind is guarding, and this part will separate automatically; this is the so-called "invisible aperture". Even if there are thousands of parts, it is only one place. There is no need to change the stage (time) in which the practice is established, and the stages will separate automatically. This is the so-called "time without waiting", even if the stages are divided into Yuanhui Yunshi (one life, for thirty years; one period for twelve years) One life is thirty fortunes; one dollar is twelve societies), which is only one moment.
Generally speaking, when the mind is not in a state of extreme tranquility, it cannot move; even if it does move, it is a kind of reckless movement, not the movement of the body. Therefore, it is said: "The heart that moves because of feelings about things is driven by human desires; the heart that does not move because of feelings about things is the movement of heaven and earth. Don't use the 'movement' of heaven to Corresponding to the "nature" of heaven, this sentence refers to the word "desire". "Desire lies in having "things". This is the idea of ??"stepping out of position" that "Yijing Gen Gua, Xiangci" opposes, and it is a kind of movement with "movement". If you can stop thinking without thinking, then mindfulness will arise; mindfulness is the "true meaning". In this tranquil state of concentration, if the heavenly plan suddenly moves, isn't that a movement without thought? The so-called "doing something without doing anything" refers to exactly this.
The first two sentences of my rhymed poem have fully summarized the role of Jinhua. The following two sentences mean "the sun and the moon complement each other". "June" refers to the fire of Li Gua; "Bai Xuefei" refers to the true yin in the middle line of Li Gua, which will return to Kun. "Sandeng" refers to the water in Kan Gua; "Sun Wheel" refers to the Yang in the middle line of Kan Gua, which is about to return to Qian. The so-called "taking over obstacles and filling in gaps" is included in these two lines of poetry. The next two sentences are talking about the function of the bucket handle, which can raise and lower the entire qi machine. Isn't "in the water" Kan Gua? "Xunfeng" refers to the eyes, which shine into the Kan Palace (lower Dantian) and attract the essence of the sun. "Heaven" refers to the Qiangong (top of the head), "Yougui Shikunde" means that the gods enter the air and the sky enters the earth, which needs to be warmed and nourished by the divine fire. The last two sentences are to point out the secret in the secret. The secret in the secret is always inseparable from the famous saying "to wash away the mind and wash away the worries is to take a bath". Please see that the essence of Confucianism is from the "knowledge and stop" mentioned in "The Great Learning" Beginning and ending with "the ultimate good"; that is, starting with the infinite and ending with the meaning of the infinite; the essence of Buddhism is based on the "no abiding mind" taught in the "Diamond Sutra" as the teachings of the great Tibet ; We in Taoism use what Lao Tzu said to "reach the extreme of emptiness" to complete the complete work of life and life. In short, the three teachings of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are just using one sentence as a magic elixir to escape death and protect life. So what is the magic pill? It's just "no intention in everything". Although the most mysterious thing in our Taoist exercises is this "bathing", the entire exercise can be summed up in two words: "empty heart". Now I use these simple words to clarify the mystery, saving you all the trouble of spending decades to visit!
You still don’t understand the meaning of “one section has three sections” mentioned earlier. Now I will take the Buddhist three views of “emptiness, falsehood, and middle” as an example. Among these three views, the first One is "empty view", which means that you see everything as empty; the second is "false view", which means that although you see everything as empty, you cannot destroy everything, and you can't destroy everything. Build up all things in this world called emptiness; just think of them as false. The third is the "Middle Way", which can neither destroy all things nor be attached to all things, and maintain the middle way of being indifferent. When you practice the first "Void Contemplation", although you have regarded all things as empty, you also know that they cannot be destroyed, and you also know that you should not be attached to them. In fact, you are practicing both "False Contemplation" and "Medium". Watch”. But after all, you still focus on "seeing nothing". Therefore, when practicing emptiness, emptiness is of course emptiness, falsehood is also emptiness, and middle is also emptiness. By analogy, when cultivating false contemplation, most of the power of using words is up and down. False is of course false contemplation, but emptiness is also false contemplation, and center is also false contemplation.
In the same way, when practicing Madhyamaka, we also think of all things as empty, but we don’t call them empty, but call them in the middle. We also think of all things as false, but we don’t call them false, but call them in the middle. , not to mention, it must be called a hit.
Although I sometimes talk about the Li hexagram alone, and sometimes I talk about the Li and Kan hexagrams together, the central meaning has not changed after all. When I opened my mouth, I reminded him that "the cardinal is all in two eyes." The so-called "cardinal" refers to use. Using this to mediate good fortune does not mean that good fortune only has this little bit. The six human faculties of eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind, and the seven orifices of eyes, ears, mouth, and nose, are all treasures of light. Do I only know how to take two eyes and ignore the others? No, please read what was said above, use the yang of Kan Gua and the light of Li Gua to illuminate it, you can understand. Mr. Zhu Xuanyu once said: "It is difficult for a blind person to practice Taoism, but it is not a hindrance for a deaf person." How is this different from what I said? I am just emphasizing who is the master and who is the auxiliary, who is less important and who is more important.
The sun and the moon are originally a kind of substance. The sun contains true yin. In fact, the darkness in the sun is actually the essence of the moon. Therefore, the "moon cave" is not on the moon, but on the sun. , the so-called Moon Cave should be called Yue Liu’s Cave. Otherwise, just say the moon, why bother saying "moon cave". The moon contains the true yang. In fact, the white space in the moon is the brilliance of the sun. The sunlight reflects on the moon, which is called the root given by heaven. Otherwise, it would be enough to just talk about heaven, so why bother talking about "the root of heaven". A day or a month can only be regarded as half when separated, but together it can be regarded as a whole; this is like a husband and a woman, if an individual lives alone, it is not a family; only when there are husbands and wives, the family is considered a family. completely. However, it is not entirely appropriate to use human things as a metaphor for the great road. Because when the couple is separated, they are still two human bodies; and when the sun and moon in the exercise are separated, they are no longer one body. If you understand this truth, you will understand that the eyes and ears are also a whole. I said, the blind man no longer has ears, and the deaf man no longer has eyes. From this point of view, what is one thing? Two things? What are the six roots? Six roots are actually one root. What do you mean seven orifices? The seven orifices are actually one orifice! The words I said are only revealing the similarities between them, so I can't see any difference. But you guys have focused on the differences, so you can change your views at any time.
