The so-called structured interview is to evaluate job seekers' political ability, investigation and research ability, scientific decision-making ability, difficulty handling ability in reform, emergency handling ability, mass work ability and implementation ability by answering some interview questions. In medical and health recruitment, it can be divided into two categories: structured and medical structured. The questions of structured interview mainly include six types: comprehensive analysis, job matching, planning, organization and coordination, awareness and skills of interpersonal communication, adaptability and language understanding and expression. Among them, each specific category includes comprehensive analysis and other types of investigation methods, which can be divided into social phenomena, character quality, policy understanding, famous sayings and aphorisms, philosophical stories, derivative questions and so on.
