Thinking about democracy appeared in BC, and the sages of China put forward the statement that "the people are the most important, the country is the second, and the monarch is the least". Plato and Aristotle in the west also made in-depth discussions on democracy respectively. After careful observation, it is not difficult to find that "democracy" has always been delineated within the scope of politics and is inseparable from politics.
The emergence of democracy is in an environment where human politics and society have developed enough to explore themselves and consider what kind of political model or system can maintain the current social order and ensure people's lives. From the perspective of Marxism, its appearance marks the progress of human society.
Many characteristics and manifestations of democracy are nothing more than political system, social system and people's happiness, but the democracy discussed here is the ultimate meaning of democracy and the ultimate expression of democracy based on the above three points.

Human rights are the birthright of all people, regardless of race, sex, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion or any other status. Human rights include life and freedom, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, work and education, and many other rights. Everyone is entitled to enjoy these rights without discrimination.
Concepts and ideas related to human rights in the world are gradually unified, and the principle of universality of human rights has been recognized by all countries in the world. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states: "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights." The Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) (revised 20 18) also clearly stipulates: "The state respects and guarantees human rights."
At present, the content of human rights education has been included in the Guiding Outline of Legal Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (2007). At the same time, the United Nations Guide to International Educational Technology (revised edition) also clearly points out the teaching objectives of human rights-related content in comprehensive education.
The New Culture Movement is an anti-feudal ideological emancipation movement initiated by some advanced intellectuals in China in the early 20th century. Its basic slogan is to support "Mr. De" and "Mr. Sai", that is, to advocate democracy and science. The advocators of the New Culture Movement, with the evolutionism and personality emancipation as their main weapons, lashed out at the "seeking the sages and sages" represented by Confucius, vigorously advocated new morality, opposed old morality, advocated new literature and opposed classical Chinese.
