Why does the Prajna Heart Sutra have so many negative sentences?

The thirty-seventh chapter of the Tathagata Appearance in the Avatamsaka Sutra states that there is no sentient being who does not possess the wisdom of the Tathagata, but they confuse their attachments with delusional thoughts and fail to attain it; if they are free from delusional thoughts, all wisdom, natural wisdom, Unobstructed wisdom can appear before you.

It is said in the Sutra of Chasing the Result of Good and Evil Karma: When the mind is born, all kinds of dharmas are born, and when the mind is destroyed, all kinds of dharmas are destroyed. It is the sign of birth and death, but it has a name, but it is actually unavailable. If the mind does not go to the state, the state will not come to the mind, just like the image in the mirror, it has neither come nor gone. Therefore, all dharmas, seeking the state of birth and death, are unattainable. It is said that all dharmas have no body after all. They are originally empty and do not arise or die. Furthermore, you should know that there are differences among such sentient beings, Bodhisattvas, Buddhas, etc., but they are based on false sayings in the world. However, the body of the Dharmakaya is ultimately equal and has no differences. It is also said that the inner mind has its own views of growth and weakness, likes and dislikes, right and wrong, gains and losses, losses and benefits, and countless thoughts, but all realms have never been thought of. You should know that all realms are inherently without distinction, that is, they are neither long nor short, neither good nor evil, nor even existence nor non-existence, and are separated from all characteristics. Observed in this way, all dharmas arise only from the mind. If the mind is separated, there will be no single dharma and one phase and one can see the difference.

"Xiang Dharma Judgment Sutra" The appearance of all sentient beings in the World Honored One. No coming, no going. Neither existence nor non-existence. Neither inside nor outside. Come from nowhere. Going nowhere. And often circulate. Suffer in vain. They all believe that all living beings have been deeply attached to me since time immemorial. Increase your thirst for my sake. Twelve causes and conditions. There is no end to the long nights of suffering. The appearance of all living beings is originally empty and still. Therefore, the Bodhisattva of Cause and Condition arouses great compassion. The good and evil deeds of all sentient beings, World Honored One, are solely caused by the mind. There is no other way. This is what I see in the appearance of all living beings

"Manjushri Prajna Sutra" World Honored One! Don’t see the good or the ugly, don’t create superiority or inferiority, and don’t make choices. Why? The Dharma is neither good nor ugly, because it is free from all appearances. There is no superiority or inferiority to the law, because of the nature of the law. There is no choice in the law, it is based on reality. This is the practice of Prajna Paramita.
