The heart of contemplation is still an illusion, because it is also a kind of heart. Without sincerity, this false heart will not come into being. False heart is really performed, and it is a wonderful use of the heart. When you are using it, that is, when you are looking at your heart, don't distinguish between true and false. When the mind is settled, the observable heart and observable thought will fall off for a period of time, and then "the observable heart will die", and the observable heart and observable thought will be gone. Bananas are bananas. Eyes are like cameras. If you use consciousness, when you see a banana, you will think, "This is a banana. It is delicious. This one is big and that one is small. "So when you use consciousness, you will have a separated heart. So is the root of the ear. Consciousness runs with it, the news of the six senses is given to the seventh sense, and the seventh sense is passed to the eighth sense, and there is a seed. So always watch, what you see is: you will know when an idea moves, ignore it and look at the place where the idea comes from. Yesterday, someone asked me about meditation. He said he liked Zen meditation and asked, "Who is chanting Buddha? ",but always not suspicious. I said to him: meditation will cause doubts, and it will be bad if you don't meditate. Or in another way, the idea comes, and you ask where it comes from, not ignoring the idea, but pursuing its origin. When an idea dies, you ask where it is going, not to keep it, but to watch it die. Just like a cat catching a mouse, the cat crouches in the hole of the mouse, and as soon as the mouse is stirred, the cat jumps at it. The mouse is a metaphor for illusion. You are always as alert as a cat. When you think of an outcrop, you should immediately investigate where it comes from. Take a rest and you will see it disappear. This is meditation, the purpose of which is to make "thinking discontinuous". If you study hard for a long time, your thoughts will grow from maturity to maturity and your thoughts will grow from maturity to maturity. When the kung fu is mature, you feel the opportunity, and your visible heart and visible thoughts can't be seen in an instant. You die with a bang (mouth+strength) and even the roots fall off. When the idea comes, pull it back quickly and do it yourself. You must do this kung fu, or you can't go on the road.
