When I read books, I would use a pen to mark down the famous quotes and aura of words that I thought, without caring about the cases in them. However, this would lead to a very bad phenomenon, that is, I would like to read the book. When I tell others about the content, I can't find any cases to support my point of view.

Teacher Li said that excerpting the content of the text generally includes the following types:

Golden sentences (key sentences): These sentences may have explanations, inspirations, actions or expressions Sentences of the author's core ideas;

Cases: These cases can support the point of view and make readers agree;

Data: Support the stated point of view;

Jokes: can visualize abstract knowledge so that readers can better accept it;

Books cited in books: Books cited are generally influential and must be persuasive, such as Teacher Fan Deng's "Reading" "A Book" cites "Deliberate Practice", "Antifragility" and more.

The reason why I always fail to remember good cases in the book is that there is no review or summary. In response to this problem, the main reason is the pursuit of speed instead of quality. Next, according to Teacher Li Tuo's method, you can read the content of one section or a chapter of the book and then immediately review and summarize the content of multiple books. Reading is not a quick fix, it requires continuous and slow accumulation.
