1. There are many typos in pirated books.

2. The pirated books are of poor quality.

Due to many factors such as paper quality, pirated books turn yellow seriously and are easy to breed mold. I always wash my hands before reading, so there is no paper damage caused by me during reading.

I haven't bought this kind of book yet, but it is a real phenomenon. Especially in recent years, with the launch of the "hate waist seal" initiative, many pirated booksellers directly seal the waist of books on the cover of books in order to save costs. The belt of genuine books is detachable, which is used to decorate the cover and promote some books.
Of course, there are also many genuine books without vests, such as our textbooks.
5. The ISBN of the copyright page of pirated books is inconsistent with the barcode ISBN.
Copyright pages are generally printed with CIP data on the back of the title page and at the end of the text. If the ISBN of the copyright page is consistent with the barcode, it is a genuine book and vice versa.
At present, there are many good publishing houses in China, such as People's Publishing House, Zhonghua Book Company, Shanghai Translation Publishing House, Sanlian Bookstore and Commercial Press. You can buy good books.
