Experience of how to manage classes
We should balance the relationship with the students in the class. In the daily management of the class, the head teacher should deal with the relationship with the three types of students in particular. First, class cadres, second, outstanding students, and third, students to be promoted. The head teacher should love every student in the class, and treat students equally, not because of his excellent work or good academic performance, nor because of his poor academic performance and misconduct. We should be strict with the class cadres, and ask them to actively serve the class students while doing a good job in their studies, perform their duties and responsibilities, praise them well, criticize them if they violate discipline, and never tolerate them. We should be more strict with outstanding students. While affirming the advantages of outstanding students, we should find their shortcomings in time and give them strict and effective education. Otherwise, they will easily think of themselves as "favored children", which will lead to inexplicable "superiority" and even develop into contempt for classmates until they ignore the teacher's education. The underachievers often show negative emotions such as pessimism, depression and melancholy because of their poor academic performance or being inferior to others in some aspects, so we should pay special attention to respecting and understanding them and never hurt their self-esteem. We should affirm their strengths, point out the direction of their efforts, mobilize their enthusiasm and motivate them to overcome their own shortcomings.
