From the opposition to formalism and bureaucracy being explicitly written into the 19th National Congress of party constitution, to the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions in China" and other internal party laws and regulations focusing on the outstanding issues of formalism and bureaucracy. From the first meeting of the 19th the Political Bureau of the Central Committee to the detailed rules for the implementation of the eight central regulations, and then to the central inspection, all inner-party supervision focused on formalism and bureaucracy.
The CPC Central Committee has made it an important task to guard against formalism and bureaucracy, and put it in a prominent position in rectifying the "four winds". With the positive results of centralized rectification, it has gathered the great strength of the whole party in forging ahead on a new journey and building a new era.
Interviewees inside and outside the meeting said that under the centralized and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee and with the joint efforts of all localities and departments, the problems of formalism and bureaucracy within the party have been contained and managed to some extent, and the party style, political style and social atmosphere have taken on a new look, forming an important achievement of adhering to the party's management of the party and strictly administering the party in an all-round way in the new era.
At the same time, we should also see that the problem of "four winds" is intractable and repetitive, some old problems have not been eradicated, and some new varieties are still breeding. To rectify formalism and bureaucracy, we must not relax and be tired of war.
Some views on the four winds issue
1, listen to opinions in various forms and channels. Through various forms, arouse the enthusiasm of the masses and form issues of social concern. The masses have the most say in what kind of problems to solve. They can learn to listen, further streamline documents and meetings, and reach out to the masses through grassroots forums, grassroots research and the Internet.
2. Seek truth from facts and find problems. Don't be selfish when looking for problems and don't hide them. The "four winds" problem has various manifestations. By comparison, we can find problems and find out deficiencies and gaps, so we should carry out criticism and self-criticism in a realistic manner.
3. Face up to the existing problems. Be strict with yourself, show your own problems, and look for more reasons subjectively and less objectively from the perspective of safeguarding the interests of the party and the people. A phenomenon has entered a lot, but no one can be found. That's just empty talk.
