China’s scientific and technological achievements in the past ten years include: 1. Manned spaceflight: remarkable achievements have been made repeatedly, and the third lesson of the "Tiangong Classroom" was held on the Chinese Space Station.
Exploring the vast universe, developing the aerospace industry, and building a powerful aerospace nation are the aerospace dreams pursued unremittingly by the Chinese nation. The aerospace dream is an important part of the dream of a powerful nation, and the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, one of the birthplaces of my country's aerospace industry and responsible for many Shenzhou series spacecraft launch missions, undoubtedly occupies an important position in it.
2. "Heaven": Good news comes frequently, "Tianwen-1" successfully landed on fire.
While manned spaceflight continues to make history, China is also making continuous progress towards the moon, Mars, and the sun. "Chang'e" explores the moon, "Zhurong" detects fire, and "Xihe" chases the sun. Ancient Chinese myths are gradually becoming reality.
3. "Going to the sea": Very effective, the "Struggle" full-sea deep manned submersible.
On November 10, 2020, the "Struggle" full-ocean deep manned submersible successfully landed at the bottom of the Mariana Trench, reaching a depth of 10,909 meters, setting a new record for China's manned deep diving record; three days later, the "Struggle" once again achieved a 10,000-meter deep dive, and jointly operated with the "Canghai" to achieve the first 10,000-meter ocean bottom live broadcast in human history.
4. “Going into the ground”: an area that cannot be forgotten, large shale gas fields.
As my country’s first commercially developed large-scale shale gas field, the Fuling shale gas field has made major breakthroughs in exploration since 2012. To date, its cumulative gas production has exceeded 44.5 billion cubic meters, and its cumulative proven reserves are nearly 900 billion cubic meters. , accounting for 34% of my country’s proven shale gas reserves.
5. "Supercomputing": Demonstrating China's speed, Shenwei·Light of Taihu Lake.
In 2018, a domestic supercomputer named "Sunway TaihuLight" served as a model of strategic high-tech research that our country is promoting, allowing the world to appreciate "China Speed".
6. Beidou: Constructing the "Chinese Constellation", the Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system.
On July 31, 2020, the completion and opening ceremony of the Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system was held in Beijing. This marks the establishment of an independent, open and compatible global satellite navigation system in my country, making China the third country in the world to independently own a global satellite navigation system.
