"Make a heart for heaven and earth, be human, connect the past with the future, and be peaceful for all generations" comes from the quotation of Hengqu written by Confucian scholar Zhang Zai in the Northern Song Dynasty, which is summarized as "four sentences of Hengqu" by contemporary philosopher Feng Youlan.

These four sentences can best express the thoughts of Confucianism and show their consciousness and ambition, so they can also be said to be the highest ambition of human education.

Zhang Zai, Zhang Hengqu (1020- 1077). Famous thick, Shaanxi Fufeng people. To Mr. Cheng's uncle. He is a gifted scholar, studying Confucianism for the world, educating thousands of students and writing thirteen volumes. He was called Mr. Hengqu because he gave lectures in Hengqu Town.
