1. Ai Qing

Ai Qing (March 27, 1910 - May 5, 1996), formerly known as Jiang Zhenghan, also known as Haicheng, used the pen names Ejia, Kea, Lin Bi et al. Born in Jinhua, Zhejiang, he is a modern and contemporary writer and poet.

After graduating from middle school in 1928, he was admitted to the National Hangzhou West Lake Art Academy. In 1933, he published a long poem "Dayan River - My Nanny" for the first time under a pseudonym. In 1932, he joined the Chinese Left-wing Artists Alliance in Shanghai and engaged in revolutionary literary and artistic activities.

In 1935, the first collection of poems "Dayan River" was published. In 1957, he was mistakenly classified as a rightist. He once lived and worked in Heilongjiang and Xinjiang, and his creation was suspended for more than 20 years. After being rehabilitated in 1979, he served as vice president of the Chinese Writers Association and vice president of the International PEN Center. In 1985, he won the highest medal of French literature and art.

2. Dai Wangshu

Dai Wangshu (November 15, 1905 - February 28, 1950), male, given name Cheng, courtesy name Chao'an, nickname Haishan, from Hangzhou, Zhejiang . Later, he used the pen names Meng Ou, Meng Ou Sheng, Xin Fang, Jiang Si, etc. Chinese modern symbolist poet, translator, etc.

He has published three novels in the Mandarin Duck and Butterfly School's publications: "Debt", "Art Boy" and "Mother's Love". He once established a small literary group called "Lan Society" with Du Heng, Zhang Tianyi, Shi Zhecun and others, and founded the ten-month issue of "Lan Friends". Dai Wangshu died of illness in Beijing in 1950 at the age of 45.

4. Wang Xindi

Wang Xindi, formerly known as Xindi. poet. (1912~2004.1.8) was born in Huaian, Jiangsu Province and was born in Tianjin. Graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages ??and Literatures of Tsinghua University in 1935. From 1936 to 1939, he studied in the Department of English Language and Literature at the University of Edinburgh, England. After returning to China, he served as a professor at Jinan University and Guanghua University, secretary of the Shanghai Branch of the All-China Literary and Art Association, and head of the Shanghai Branch of the Poetry and Music Workers Association.

Joined the China Democratic League in 1948. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he successively served as deputy manager of Shanghai Tobacco Industry Company and Shanghai Food Industry Company, director of the fourth session of the Chinese Writers Association, and vice chairman of the Shanghai branch. He is the author of poetry collections "Zhubei Collection", "Palm Collection" and "Xin Di Poetry Draft". His wife Xu Wenqi was a socialite in the Republic of China. The third daughter, Wang Shengshan, is also an English translator.

5. Yu Guangzhong

Yu Guangzhong (October 21, 1928 - December 14, 2017), a famous contemporary writer, poet, scholar, and translator, was born in Nanjing, his ancestral home. Yongchun, Fujian. Because her mother's native place is Wujin, Jiangsu, she also calls herself "Jiangnan native".
