Baizhang Wild Fox is a famous case-solving in Zen Buddhism. It is roughly that the word "fall" in "no cause and effect" was revised to "no ignorance" by Master Baizhang. If you don't fall, you will have fear. If you don't know, you will not fall at both ends. Although it is only a word shift, the realm is very different. Being clear about right and wrong is similar to Master Baizhang's position of not knowing cause and effect.
