This set of books has not only written a series, but also a special website, many videos taken by practitioners in the pipeline, and videos of lectures promoted by the author.

Friends who are interested in practicing can use these network resources to learn more about this method.

0 1

Hal Elrhodes is a clever young man. 1999. At the age of 20, I have worked in a big company for a year and a half, breaking the company's sales record, making more money, having a girlfriend, a happy family and best friends.

One night, on the way home at high speed, I had a serious car accident and was hit by a big truck that was out of control. The author was seriously injured and woke up after six days in a coma. The doctor told him that he might never walk again. My girlfriend was also injured in the accident, and then they broke up.

A year later, with the gradual improvement of his illness, the author resumed his work, told others about his experience and went to colleges and universities to give inspirational lectures to young people.

In 2005, this writer began to write his first book, Face Life: How to Love Life while Creating a Dream Life.

The book was published in 2006 and ranked seventh on the Amazon list. This year, the author began to become a successful lecturer.

In 2007, the financial crisis broke out in the United States, which greatly affected the author's work and income, and the mortgage and bills could not be repaid. With a debt of $420,000, I hit rock bottom mentally, physically, emotionally and economically. In order to get back on his feet, he began to read inspirational books, attend seminars and do psychological counseling, but all to no avail.

In 2008, the author inadvertently talked to his good friend about his situation, and his friend suggested that he get up early and run. At first, he resisted, thinking that he was not an early riser and could not get up early. Later, with the mentality of trying, I started to get up early and run. Unexpectedly, I just persisted. And created a whole set of ceremonies called miracle morning. After tasting the sweetness of miracle morning, I began to promote this activity.

2009 is the happiest year for the author. She got married, gave birth to a daughter, and began to write about miracle morning.

Three years later, on 20 12, the book was published and sold well.

By 20 16, this book has been translated into 27 languages, affecting readers in more than 70 countries. It was also at the end of this year that the author was diagnosed with cancer.

After reading this, I can't help but sigh that things are impermanent and individuals are too small. How can we make this short life wonderful, do what we want, live the life we want, and become the kind of person we want to be?

02

Let's see how the author used this morning to create miracles.

First of all, we should find a relatively complete and undisturbed chunk of time to do something to improve ourselves. I tried many time periods, such as evening and noon, but it was not ideal for various reasons. After a day's work, I am very tired at night. I just want to play or rest, but I have no mind to study. There are many things that will interfere with the working hours at noon. Finally, I chose to get up early.

This reminds me of the author of Dr. Yoshida studying at Harvard. He has five children and has finished studying at Harvard. In addition to seizing all the spare time to study, she chose to get up at 3 am and use the hours before the child woke up to study.

Getting up early is easier said than done.

Often the alarm clock rings, turns off and falls asleep again. How can we overcome inertia and get up at once? This book introduces several tips to help you get up early.

1, sleep with a positive attitude.

On Christmas Eve, children go to sleep with great expectations for Christmas presents, wake up early in the morning and get up immediately to look for presents.

Just as children celebrate Christmas, we should go to bed with good expectations for the next morning. Before going to bed, think about what to do tomorrow morning and get things ready for use. What do you think before going to bed? Your brain is still thinking about you when you are asleep. The next morning, it was logical to follow the steps you thought about before going to bed.

2. Put the alarm clock farthest from the bed, and you need to get up and turn it off.

After turning off the alarm clock, I immediately brushed my teeth and washed my face, and I was awake for a few minutes.

4. Drink a glass of water. Replenish the water consumed by the body overnight. Use this glass of water to further awaken the body.

5. Put on clothes for going out to exercise. Tell your body that you are going out. At this time, your body and brain should be completely awake.

03

The next step is to do the following things well, improve yourself and create miracles.

The author spelled the initials of six things that savers should do. It means savior, that is, six things that can save our lives.

Look at the first letter s first.

Stands for quiet.

Keep quiet consciously. It can reduce stress, focus on your goals and focus on the most important things in your life.

You can meditate, pray, take a deep breath and so on to keep your body relaxed.

Represents affirmation

Write a "spell" in combination with your goal. What do you want to live, be and achieve? Write it down.

If it is a philosophical article, so much the better.

Meditate on this passage you wrote.

If the goal has been achieved or changed, you can adjust and modify this passage at any time.

We know that there is a phenomenon called "self-testifying prophecy", that is, you can really become the person you believe you can become. Both positive and negative predictions have this effect. What we should do is to set a positive forecast to prove it.

V stands for visualization

Imagine the target.

Close your eyes, adjust your breath, and imagine how to spend your next ideal day in five minutes.

For example, how to complete a task easily, confidently and happily.

You can also imagine what kind of life you live and who you deal with.

You can also make a visual display board with what you want to have, where you want to go, who you want to be, and so on. And put photos or pictures of these things on the exhibition board and look at them often.

This will make your imagination more concrete and real. It helps you organize your thoughts, focus on your goals, and be more motivated to take necessary actions to achieve your goals.

This kind of visual imagination is sometimes more like a rehearsal of life. When I take a driver's license test, I close my eyes every night before going to bed and imagine what I am taking, what subject I am taking, how the coach teaches me and how to make up for the problem. It's really like taking an exam. On the day of the real exam, I passed it smoothly, because I have rehearsed this process in my mind many times and learned it by heart.

E stands for exercise

If you don't make time for exercise, you will probably have to make time for illness.

I recommend yoga as a way to exercise in the morning. Everyone can choose an appropriate exercise mode according to their own conditions, and the more convenient it is, the better.

After many people fell in love with sports, their lives changed. In fact, it is because exercise stimulates the secretion of dopamine and changes your attitude towards life. Then, with a positive attitude, you will have different opportunities.

R stands for reading

Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body and prayer is to the soul. We become the books we have read.

Exercise exercises our bodies, and reading exercises our brains.

The author recommended several books on self-management and family communication. You can choose the type you like to use this time to read.

If you don't have much time, you can read 10 pages every day, 3650 pages a year and 200 pages of books 18.

No matter how much, do it every day, every little makes a mickle. As micro-habits say, from less to more, forming habits, focusing on persistence.

S stands for underline.

This word stands for writing. It should have been written, but the author changed a word to make the initials savers.

Morning activities arrange writing. Keep your notebook at hand in advance. Recording the thoughts in your mind at any time is helpful to think deeply about the problem and find a solution. You can also record novel ideas and realize them in the follow-up actions.

You can also record the progress made every day, which is called "progress book". Recording what you do around your goals every day and watching the progress from page to page will give you a sense of accomplishment and more confidence in tomorrow. I did well today, and I can do better tomorrow.

The author's book was written this morning.

04

If there is 1 hour in the morning, how to arrange these six activities? The following are the author's suggestions.

Meditation: 5 minutes

Affirm meditation spells (setting goals, inspirational quotes, etc.) ): 5 minutes.

Visualization Visualization Imagination: 5 minutes

Exercise: 20 minutes

Reading reading: 20 minutes

Transcription: 5 minutes

This time allocation can be adjusted according to personal circumstances. For example, increase writing time.

Above, we talked about how to get up early and then do six activities of miracal morning for one hour.

There will definitely be some discomfort at the beginning. If you persist for a month, you will overcome discomfort and form a habit, and you will become more and more comfortable. See your progress, enhance your sense of accomplishment and motivation to act, and form a virtuous circle.

If you still feel too busy, you can't spare that much time. The author of this book actually suggests that the time can be compressed to 6 minutes, and each activity has 1 minute. Of course, this is the last resort.

How's it going? Isn't it too difficult to get up early and do these six things well? If you want to give it a try, start today, have a good sleep and start a new day positively and optimistically. Even if you squeeze out 6 minutes, you will create your own miracle!
