2. "Love"-caring for every student. The head teacher should respect the students from the heart, often go deep into the students, care for and understand every student. Because every student is a fresh life, personality is very different, and everyone grows up in a different family environment. To make these lives thrive, we should not only look at their appearance, but also care about their academic performance and classroom performance. It is also necessary to deeply understand their family situation, physical health and hobbies, find out the problems existing in their growth in time, and guide them to self-correction and development. Love can revive dead wood. Only by treating students with love can we discover their hidden wisdom and creativity and tap their bright spots.
3. "Patience"-accompany students to grow up. The value of patience here is to be tolerant, and the growth of students is a process. Give him enough time and space, and don't rush for success, especially for "underachievers". Teacher Li Zhenxi once said that educators should tolerate the "relapse" of "underachievers" again and again. At the same time, we should continue to encourage students to overcome themselves again and again with enthusiasm and confidence, and guide students to see their little progress from the gradual extension of the "error cycle" or the gradual reduction of the degree of error, realize the joy of progress, and enhance their confidence in continuing progress. In our daily management, we often encounter such a situation. We talked with students several times and put forward several requirements, hoping that they can turn over a new leaf and make great progress. As everyone knows, this is not in line with the development law of students. We should be patient, constantly educate and guide, have enough patience to wait and listen to the "voice of flowers".
4, "learning ability"-constantly enrich yourself. The work of a class teacher is a profound knowledge. As a novice, you should study more and read more books. It is in the concrete practice of class management, such as class management system, group management system, class cadre selection, class meeting operation process, home-school communication and so on. Some famous class teachers will provide us with many concrete and feasible methodologies, and combining these operable methods with the reality of their own classes will often have good results.
5, "execution"-words must be done, and actions must be fruitful. The executive power of the head teacher mainly includes two aspects: one is the executive power of the head teacher to implement the school-running concept and management system, and the other is the executive power of the students to implement the school class rules and regulations and class affairs under the influence and demonstration of the head teacher's education.
