In many people's minds, party work is a "virtual job", mainly stereotyped Party writing and the like. At work, it is often the executive leaders who make the final decision, and the party and government leaders raise their hands to pass, which also makes many people reluctant to do party affairs. Therefore, those who are old, have no ambition and no ability are engaged in party affairs. These people muddle along at work, rely on others to push them around, and lack the initiative to work. Some grass-roots party organizations rarely carry out party activities, and sometimes passively engage in activities in order to complete the tasks of higher-level party organizations. Usually, party organizations exist in name only and do not play any role.
(B) party member's exemplary role is not strong.
Party constitution stipulates that party member should
