If you want to make progress, you need to think about taking steps back. If you start, think about letting go. If you are successful, you should not start again. There should be room for steps in everything you do. Holding gold is precious, knowing that peace and happiness are worth a thousand gold, thinking twice before things happen, and being patient when angry is the best. Don't be greedy for unexpected wealth. Those who are content will always be happy. If you can handle things in this way, you will be happy and carefree throughout your life.
6. There is no need to ask for merit when doing things, as long as there are no faults, it is merit. There is no need to be virtuous in order to be a human being. It is virtue not to have any resentment.
7. Peace is luck, contentment is blessing, a pure heart is salary, and few desires is longevity.

Abstinence and abstinence from anger are the way to protect one's body, restraint and tranquility are the way to manage the family, being casual and natural is the way to save trouble, doing good deeds and cultivating the mind are the way to transcend the world. Observe these four methods and the outcome will be smooth.
72. Life is like a play, we get together because of fate. It is not easy to support each other till old age, should we cherish it even more? If you lose your temper over trivial things, why bother thinking about it in retrospect. I don’t get angry when others are angry, but when I get angry I have no one to take care of me. If I am angry to death, who will be happy? Moreover, it is nerve-wracking and laborious. Don't compare neighbors, leave the trivial matters to your children and grandchildren, endure hardships and enjoy life together, gods envy good friends.
73. You can endure what others cannot endure, and you can do what others cannot do. Name: "Daxiong". Hence the name: "Mahatma Hall". That is Buddha.

76. If you endure for a while, the wind and waves will be calm, if you take a step back, the sea and the sky will be brighter.
77. Evil is like a plowshare, good is like mud. Good people are often bullied by evil people. The iron plowshares break down every year, and the fields are not replaced by mud.

Drinking, sex and gambling lead to misfortunes and regrets, and regrets when illness is about to end. Bribery in officialdom will lead to regrets; if one is rich but not diligent and thrifty, one will regret it when one is poor. If you are unfilial to your parents, you will regret it in old age. If you don't help your parents when they are in trouble, you will regret it. Regret at the last moment without thinking twice, regret at the moment when you are blind and hasty.
