2. Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal

7. Qiantang River Bridge

Qiantang River Bridge was designed by Mao Yisheng, a famous bridge expert in China. This is the first double-deck truss bridge independently developed and designed in China. Built in 1934, it was completed and opened to traffic in 23 years. Later, it had to be blown up to resist the Japanese army's southward movement. 1948, the bombed Qiantang River Bridge was successfully repaired and became a national key protected cultural relic.

8. Gushan

Gushan is the largest island in the West Lake in Hangzhou, covering an area of 20 hectares and 38 meters high. This is a scenic spot with a large number of cultural relics. As early as the Tang and Song Dynasties, it was already very famous, and it was a gathering place for literati. Bai Juyi's "Gushan Temple is in the north of Jiating West, and the water level is low" refers to the Gushan here. The main attractions of Gushan are: Liuyiquan, Hefangting, Zhongshan Park, Banbi Pavilion, Jingyi Academy and other famous attractions.
