In 2023, 2022, and 2023, full-time undergraduate graduates and master’s (Ph.D.) students from some universities (see Appendix 2 for the list) will obtain bachelor’s and master’s (Ph.D.) degrees (requirements are detailed) See attachment 1).

3. Conditions for introduction

(2) Interview
The interview takes two forms: "trial teaching" and "structured interview".
Education positions take the form of "trial teaching". The interview content is the subject knowledge of the position applied for. It mainly assesses the teaching design, teaching methods, language expression, blackboard writing, teaching style, etc. of the interviewees. Each candidate 15 minutes for interview preparation and 10 minutes for trial teaching.
Non-education positions adopt the form of "structured interviews", which mainly assess candidates' comprehensive analysis, organizational coordination, professional cognition, psychological quality, verbal expression, interpersonal communication, instrumentation, emergency response, and solution Ability to solve problems, etc.

(3) Determine the candidates to be introduced.
The interview adopts a 100-point system, with on-site scoring. The full interview score is 100 points, and the minimum passing control score is 70 points. Interview scores below 70 points will not be included in the introduction of urgently needed talents, and the interview scores will be retained. Two decimal places.
After the interview, among the qualified candidates, the candidates to be introduced will be determined based on their scores from high to low, relevant agreements will be signed, and the candidates to be introduced will be decided on-site. The candidates will obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates on time, and undergo a physical examination The agreement will come into effect after passing the inspection, passing the inspection, and announcing that there are no objections.
Except for on-site decision-making on the candidates to be introduced during this on-site introduction to colleges and universities, no replacement will be made.
(4) Physical examination
Conduct a physical examination in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province".

(5) Inspection
In accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruitment Personnel by Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)", candidates who have passed the physical examination will be inspected.
(6) Publicity and employment
Personnel who have passed the physical examination and inspection will be identified as the candidates to be introduced, and the list will be publicized on the Gaozhou Municipal People's Government website (mmgzrlzyj/gkmlpt/index) 7 working days.
Those who have been publicly announced and have no objections are determined to be introduced personnel and the relevant introduction and employment procedures must be completed.
The minimum service period of the introduced personnel in our city is 5 years. If the personnel relationship is terminated due to personal breach of contract, they must bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract.
5. Management and treatment

VI. Requirements for Epidemic Prevention and Control
This talent introduction work is carried out under the normalization of new coronavirus infection prevention and control.
