Why did I choose this word? When these four words came from my mouth, I felt that my lips and teeth were fragrant, and with this picture, I felt a little cool in the hot summer. As we all know, being a teacher is not just about preaching and teaching, daily chores, school affairs, class affairs, students' affairs and family affairs ... Everything is exhausting, and people are emotional animals, and their energy is limited. How can we balance and coordinate teachers, education and personal growth, and it is really not easy to study our comprehensive quality.

Coincidentally, there is such a book, the name is "The Second Flower Blossom", and the author Xi Arongbo Kambu sums up its essence in only four words-compassion and joy:

I hope all sentient beings are happy (have a kind heart), and I hope all sentient beings can stay away from suffering (have a sad heart), be happy with others (have a happy heart), and treat all sentient beings naturally and equally. Although this book is a book of practicing Zen, it is suitable for all professions and all people. Isn't it true that teachers treat students, treat themselves, treat others and treat all beings?

We are king of the children, which can make children learn more happily and less painfully (for example, some class activities during the Dragon Boat Festival can give children some room to breathe freely and have some fun after heavy study). In the face of all kinds of children, we can allow them to make mistakes, let them grow up in mistakes, tolerate many unsatisfactory details on them, and find different bright spots on different children without discrimination or prejudice.

With such psychological expectation, why worry that we as teachers can't welcome our second flowers?

I will talk to you about the teacher's trilogy of flowers from three aspects-what teachers should teach, what education should do, and how individuals can grow up.

I still talk to you from three aspects.

1. Teaching knowledge

When we first entered the workplace, we were full of enthusiasm and devoted 12, yuan of energy to the children. At this time, we were grasping at the results, and we talked about one knowledge point after another. We were afraid that we had missed some knowledge points. I also talked about it once, but students still couldn't understand and remember it, so they did not hesitate to cram and even occupy the self-study class. At this stage, we only have one knowledge point after another. At present, we are giving them fish, which is the stage of "seeing yourself" as Zhang Ziyi said in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. It is also a necessary stage for us.

2. Teaching methods

With the accumulation of educational and teaching experience, or in the process of fighting with students of all colors, we have suffered to a certain extent and started to read more books, learn more, consult our peers frequently, and reflect and summarize more.

We have certain teaching methods. At this time, we begin to pay attention to students, learn to have feelings with them, and be able to make students happy and worry about their troubles. Teachers' and students' hearts can vibrate at the same frequency more often, and children can kiss their teachers and believe in them because they are willing to walk into us and are attached. At this stage, we went from giving people fish to giving them fish, and we saw the world (there are students in our eyes and students in our hearts).

Teachers who enter this stage may get some achievements and honors, and they are getting better and better. But also pave the way for entering a higher stage.

3. Teaching status

With more understanding of education, more love is given to children. We understand that education means that one tree shakes another tree, one cloud pushes another cloud, and one soul awakens another soul. Education is to ignite children's passion, their passion for the world is full of curiosity, and then arouse their most primitive internal drive and fall in love with the internal drive of learning, so that teachers and students can reach the perfect state of golden partners.

The ego can't expand indefinitely, so we should find a balance between individual freedom and social norms.

Wukong's choice is a manifestation of his growth, not surrender to authority.

The Journey to the West advocates self-regulation, rather than destroying individuality and denying self.

Self is not the enemy of society, but selfishness.

practice is not to polish oneself into a standardized "perfect person", but to realize the sublimation of oneself on the premise of preserving individuality.

So, reading is to find yourself, find yourself and be yourself. Teaching people to read is also for keep reading and lifelong reading, which can open their horizons, and for keep learning and lifelong learning, which can broaden the pattern.

As far as my personal feeling is concerned, these two years can be regarded as the sweetness of reading (knowledge input) and writing (knowledge output), and I gradually understand that reading can really light up life, while writing can optimize work.
