Domenico Dolce (Domenico Dolce) was born on August 13, 1958 in Polizzi Generosa near Palermo, Sicily, the largest island in the Mediterranean. He started selecting fabrics, tailoring, and tailoring at an early age in his father Saverio's small clothing factory. Stefano Gabbana, of Venetian descent, was born in Milan on November 14, 1962. He first studied graphic design and painting, and later developed a great interest in fashion. Before joining hands to create the DOLCE&GABBANA brand, the two people had completely different life paths. It was not until they met in Milan that the birth of the DOLCE&GABBANA brand was born.
