The inspiration given to me by a famous saying, 400 words
There are three ways to read, namely heart, eyes and mouth.
Once, I was reading a novel and listening to music. After a while, I became absent-minded, and my eyes left the book unknowingly, drifting into the distance with the sound of music. The next day, my mother asked me what I learned from the book. I couldn't answer a word.
This experience made me realize something: if you read with your eyes and mouth, but not with your heart, you will not be able to draw nourishment from the book.
Another time, I was reading a collection of essays and was intoxicated by the beautiful words and sentences in the book. I felt as if I had entered a fairyland and was immersed in it. As I watched, I couldn't help but read aloud. When I stood up, I realized that I had been reading for a long time. The next day in class, the teacher asked us to memorize good words and sentences, so I blurted out and memorized several of them. The teacher praised me.
This small honor made me understand another truth: reading aloud while concentrating on reading is a very effective way to memorize good sentences.
There are three aspects of reading, namely, understanding with the heart, understanding with the eyes, and understanding with the mouth. This sentence is deeply imprinted in my mind and will become my lifelong motto.
