How to write a work report?
The format of the debriefing report can be divided into four aspects: title, preface, theme, conclusion and signature.

(1) title

There are many ways to write the title of the report. It can be roughly summarized into two modes: single question and double question.

1, single title

The title consists of position, time and language, such as the annual report of xx, director of the office of XX Provincial Education Commission.

The title consists of position and language, such as "Work Report of General Manager of XX Company". The title consists of time and language, such as "XX-XX academic year report".

Use only language titles, such as "My Work Report" or "Work Report".

2. Double champion

Using the key point or theme of the content summarized in one sentence as the title, and using the year and language to form the subtitle, a double title is formed. For example, "Serving the Veteran Cadres Wholeheartedly-1999 Annual Work Report" and "Trying to Grasp the Vegetable Basket and Rice Bag-My Work Report".

(2) Preface

The preface of the debriefing report generally includes three aspects, one is the post responsibility, the other is the guiding ideology, and the third is the general comment. Job responsibilities include when to hold what position and what job you are mainly responsible for.

The guiding ideology is to explain what kind of ideological principles, principles and policies you work under; The general evaluation is the basic evaluation of one's work. These three aspects should be written briefly, which is generally a natural paragraph.

It should be noted that the contents of the above three aspects can be handled flexibly in written form, and the contents of the other two aspects can be arranged in the main part or the end part in addition to the essential job responsibilities.

(iii) Theme

The text is the core part of the debriefing report, and the main work and lessons are stated in this part. There are roughly three ways to write it:

The first is the work item classification method. In other words, I classify my work according to its nature, such as production, sales and logistics. , a kind of as a level in turn.

The work you do should also be written separately from the work done by others. In addition, we should focus on the work that has made outstanding achievements and the work that has made creative and pioneering progress, that is, we should focus on the general achievements. General work, routine work is simpler.

The second is the sequential development of time. That is to say, the term of office is divided into several stages in order. This form is often used in the term debriefing report, because the term is long, involves a wide range, involves a lot of work, and has many problems. In order to facilitate induction and summary, it is necessary to show the whole picture of the work.

The third is centralized content classification. This form is the most commonly used, generally divided into main work, achievements and benefits, experiences and lessons, existing problems and countermeasures.

(4) conclusion and signature

If necessary, a special ending can be arranged. You can make a basic evaluation of yourself, or you can simply talk about some of your experiences or future plans. If these contents have been said before, there is no need to write the ending.

Finally, it is generally necessary to wrap the full text with a modular conclusion, which is often used as "hereby report". When you are finished, sign your name and date.

The debriefing report has the following characteristics:

1, prescriptive content

According to the duties and objectives of the post, the debriefer should describe what he has done, what achievements he has made, how efficient he is, what other places are lacking, whether there are any mistakes in his work, and how his work style is.

2. Comment on writing style.

In addition to stating their work in the debriefing report, the debriefer must also make a self-evaluation. For examiners, it is not enough to make an objective evaluation of their achievements only based on the statements of their work. Therefore, the debriefer conducts self-assessment.

3. The seriousness of style

Reporting is a very serious activity. As an important basis for assessment, evaluation and promotion, the debriefing report requires that the debriefing person must objectively state the performance of his duties, and is not allowed to exaggerate or even fabricate facts at will, and is not allowed to deliberately cover up mistakes in his work. The more sincere and objective the debriefing report is, the more helpful it will be to personal development and growth.
