1. Confucius said: "Isn't it right to learn and practice it over time? Isn't it a joy to have friends come from afar? Isn't it true that a person who doesn't know and is stunned is not a gentleman?"

Translation Confucius said: "Isn't it a pleasure to learn and review and practice frequently? Isn't it a pleasure to have like-minded people coming from afar? I don't resent people who don't understand my teachings. Isn't he a virtuous gentleman even if he is angry?"

2. Confucius said: "Knowing words bring beauty, and benevolence is fresh."

Translation Confucius said: "Funny words bring a smile to the face. Yes, such people are rarely virtuous."

3. Zengzi said: "I examine myself three times every day. Are I unfaithful in my plans for others? Are I disloyal in my dealings with friends? Are I disloyal in my teachings? Really?"

Translation Zengzi said: "I have to reflect on myself many times every day: am I loyal when I advise others and do things for others? Are I trustworthy when making friends? Have I reviewed the knowledge imparted by the teacher?"

4. Confucius said: “A gentleman who has nothing to eat and nothing to live in, who is quick in his affairs and careful in his words, has the Way and is upright, and can be said to be eager to learn.”

Translation: Confucius said: "A gentleman does not pursue satiety when eating, does not pursue comfort when living, is agile in work, cautious in speech, and corrects his mistakes from time to time."

5. Confucius said: "Do not worry about others. If you don't know yourself, you won't know others when you are in trouble."

Translation Confucius said: "You are not afraid that no one will understand you, but you are afraid that you will not understand others."

6. Confucius said: " The three hundred (05) poems in the Book of Songs can be summed up in one sentence: 'Thinking is innocent.'"

Translation Confucius said: "The three hundred (05) poems in the Book of Songs can be summarized in one sentence, That is: 'Those who have pure thoughts and no evil things.'"

7. The Master said: "When I was fifteen, I was determined to learn; At sixty, your ears are attuned; at seventy, you can follow your heart's desires without exceeding the rules."

Translation: Confucius said: "I am fifteen years old and am interested in learning; at thirty years old, I (understand etiquette) are confident in what I say and do. At the age of forty, (mastered all kinds of knowledge), you will not be confused; at the age of fifty, you know the destiny; at the age of sixty, you can distinguish the true from the false and distinguish the right from the wrong as soon as you listen to other people's words; at the age of seventy, you can do whatever you want. No thought will go beyond the rules."

8. Confucius said: "Those who review the past and learn the new can become teachers."

Translation Confucius said: "When reviewing old knowledge , and can comprehend new things, you can become a teacher by virtue of it."

9. Confucius said: "A gentleman is not in competition with others, and a villain is not in competition with others."

Translation Confucius said: "A gentleman unites the masses without colluding with each other; a villain colludes with each other but does not unite the masses."

10. Confucius said: "Learning without thinking will lead to waste; thinking without learning will lead to peril. ."

Translation Confucius said: "If you study without thinking deeply, you will become more confused as you study; if you think without reading, you will have nothing."
