How can I stay awake in class?
You're in the same boat,

I was often sleepy in high school. But it's much better when I get to college. There is a girl in our dormitory who often drinks a cup of coffee in the morning and really won't fall asleep all day, but I think the side effects are too great, and my own physique can't adapt. Although I can't sleep every time I drink it, my brain is blank, and it's the same whether I listen to the class or not.

I use the following methods to overcome it: First, listen carefully. Although it sounds funny, it is really useful. When your mind follows the teacher, you won't be so sleepy. If it really doesn't work, then the next move is to wear earplugs to listen to your favorite songs, or you can suspend classes without delay. Most of the painful linear algebra classes in Grade Two are spent in Jay's singing, but the premise is that the teacher will not interfere with you, hehe. If you can't, you will eventually drag the students sitting next to you. Talk to them for a while, and the drowsiness will pass. Of course, keep your voice down so as not to attract the teacher's attention.

All the above are my college experiences, and I don't know if the landlord is applicable.
