Confucius was a great statesman, thinker and educator.
Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude: good at observing students’ personality differences, understanding students’ respective interests and hobbies, and developing a set of educational methods suitable for each student.
Education process: Pay great attention to the use of inspiration and induction methods to cultivate students' thinking ability and mobilize students' initiative and enthusiasm. "Learning without thinking will lead to failure; thinking without learning will lead to peril."
Be consistent in all aspects, be consistent in words and deeds, and be consistent in knowledge and action.
Educate students to implement the principle of "correcting mistakes if they know they are wrong", requiring students and themselves to treat their own shortcomings correctly, and correct mistakes if they occur. "If you make a mistake, don't be afraid to correct it. Don't make mistakes twice. If you make a mistake without correcting it, it is a mistake." It means that if you make a mistake, don't be afraid to correct it. Don't make the same mistake again. If you don't correct a mistake, that is the real mistake. .
Confucius taught students: When three people walk together, there must be one teacher.
Master educates students: never tire of learning and never tire of teaching. He also did this, and it can be said that he is a model of "tireless teaching". Whoever asked him for advice, he taught without reservation. No matter what difficulties he had, he insisted on teaching students.
Confucius loved students, taught them sincerely and selflessly, cared deeply about students in life, and had a close relationship between teachers and students.
