The original text of "witness" means "martyrdom", "You died, and Christ lived out of you." This should be a testimony. The ultimate goal is to testify that Jesus is the "Christ", the King, and the Lord of life. Acts 2:22. People of Israel, please listen to my words. You yourselves know that God did mighty works, wonders, and signs among you through Jesus of Nazareth, whom you know. 1. Witness through miracles, wonders, and supernatural powers. What I want to discuss here is to make one thing clear. Sometimes when we testify, it "may" be to be healed through illness, and we want to "prove" that I am healed. The Lord has healed me, I am loved by the Lord, and I have faith. The center is "I", not the Lord. This deviates from the purpose and center of witnessing. The purpose of healing is not to witness how the person has faith, but to bear witness to who Jesus is. If you are healed and it is you who is seen by others, then Jesus would rather not heal you, because such healing would be of no benefit to you, so examine your own heart. Luke 8:39, saying, "Go home and tell us how great things God has done for you." So he went and proclaimed throughout the city how great Jesus had done for him. The healing of the Lord Jesus in the Bible is one-time and immediate. But sin no more. "Afterwards Jesus found him in the temple and said to him, "You are healed. Do not sin anymore, lest something worse happen to you." (John 5:14) Do you have to get the healing place of the Lord Jesus? It belongs to the Lord. The problem is not your business, because you originally want to receive His own treatment, not just His healing. So don't be controlled by your own "vanity". Those who "force" themselves to say they have been healed are just afraid that others will say they have no faith. The center of it is the vanity of "self". The faith God has given you is that “whether you live or die, you will be the Lord’s.” It would be more beneficial for you to declare this. Faith does not come through loud declarations, but because you have faith and say so (“But since we have faith, as it is written, By faith I therefore speak. We also believe, therefore Also speak." 2 Corinthians 4:13) 2. Testimony is not only through the healing of diseases, but also through the change and renewal of life. Prove that Jesus Christ is the Lord of life, and He can renew and change your original corrupt and humble life. What kind of person you were in the past and what kind of person you have become now should be a testimony. 1 Corinthians 15:9. I am the least of the apostles and am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. 1 Corinthians 15:10. However, it is by the grace of God that I am what I am today. And the grace he bestowed upon me was not in vain. I worked harder than the other apostles. This is not me; it is God’s grace that is with me. Galatians 1:14. I was more advanced in Judaism than many of my own age, and more zealous for the tradition of my fathers. Gal 1:15. But since it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me by His grace, Gal 1:16, that He should reveal His Son in me, that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, Without consulting with flesh and blood, 1 Timothy 1:13, I was once a blasphemer, a persecutor, and a repentant. Yet I received mercy because I did it in unbelief and ignorance. 1 Timothy 1:14 And the grace of our Lord is exceedingly abundant in faith and love in Christ Jesus. 3. The testimony was also through the preaching of the word Acts 9:22. But Saul became more and more powerful, refuting the Jews in Damascus and proving that Jesus was the Christ. Matthew 24:14. This gospel of the kingdom will be preached throughout the world as a witness to all nations, and then the end will come. Anything that "self" has not died is not called a testimony.
