Ying Sheng observes that people's teachers are engaged in sacred occupations, and they must be loyal to the Party's educational cause, to the socialist educational cause, and to make every effort to contribute to the educational cause. They will never publicize religion and reject cults and resolutely oppose cults. To this end, all teachers in our school must meet eight requirements:

1. Strengthen theoretical study, carry out in-depth education on Marxist-Leninist national theory and national policies, establish the idea of "three inseparable", and oppose national separatism and illegal religious activities.

2. If you don't believe in religion or participate in any form of religious activities, you are not allowed to go to a scripture school or temple to listen to or recite scriptures.

3. Don't wear religious clothes or participate in activities such as fasting.

4. Do not circulate illegal reading materials or religious propaganda materials.

5. Don't say anything that is not conducive to national unity and the reunification of the motherland, and don't do anything that is not conducive to national unity.

6. You are not allowed to participate in any form of ethnic separatist assemblies and activities.

7. Do not participate in feudal superstition and pseudoscience activities.

8. Educate students, children and relatives not to participate in any form of religious activities, not to listen to the scriptures, not to recite the scriptures and not to participate in fasting activities. If students, children and relatives enter religious places to listen to the scriptures, chant scriptures or participate in fasting, they should report to the school immediately. If you find a religious leaflet, you should also report it to the school immediately.
