I am Luo Xue, the resident writer of the Xiaoyan Tianya website
Let me introduce myself briefly. My pen name is "Luo Xue". I started writing in 2001, and I have been out of control since then. There are publications, maybe because they are more casual, and there is no strict distinction in style. Maybe there are some popular, life, and original things in them, so sometimes people who read my words will say who wrote it. Who wrote it? But I’ve never heard of some writers’ names. There are so many writers nowadays. It’s a coincidence, haha. In short, I love words and live for words. Writing words is an instinct and hobby, and it is also a good way to convert the soul.

Zheng Zhenduo
Zheng Zhenduo (1989-1958), modern writer , literary historian, famous scholar, and one of the active advocates of the New Culture Movement. He was born in a poor family. In 1917, he entered the Beijing Railway Management School with the help of relatives and friends. After graduation, he worked in the Translation and Translation Office of the Shanghai Commercial Press. In November 1920, he co-founded the Literary Research Association with Mao Dun, Ye Shengtao and others, and edited the Literary Research Association's official publication "Literary Weekly". After 1923, he was the editor-in-chief of "Novel Monthly" for a long time, actively advocated realism literature and the literature of blood and tears for life, and devoted himself to translating and introducing the literary works of the Soviet Union and other weak ethnic groups. "The Unified View of Literature" written by him in 1921 was the earliest paper in my country to theoretically advocate the study of comparative literature. "Suggestions for Organizing Chinese Literature" written by him in the same year was the earliest paper in my country that theoretically proposed the use of new perspectives and methods to organize literary heritage. His 800,000-word masterpiece "Outline of Literature" can be said to be the first true general history of world literature.
The 700,000-word masterpiece "The Illustrated History of Chinese Literature" published by Zheng Zhenduo in the 1930s was the largest and most influential monograph on the history of Chinese literature in China before liberation. The "History of Chinese Folk Literature" published at the same time is also the first history of folk literature in our country, and there is no substitute book so far.
Zheng Zhenduo’s contributions to cultural fields other than literature are also admirable. In the 1940s, the "Chinese Historical Reference Atlas", "Xuanlangtang Series", "Ming Dynasty Historical Materials Series", and "Chinese Ancient Ming Dynasty Pottery Figurines Catalog" edited in the 1940s were all great contributions to the field of Chinese culture. The "Selected Ancient Chinese Woodcuts" and "Selected Paintings of the Song Dynasty" compiled and selected by him in the 1950s won the International Most Beautiful Book Award several times in the 1980s.
After liberation, Zheng Zhenduo successively served as a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, director of the Institute of Literature of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and deputy minister of the Ministry of Culture. On October 17, 1958, while leading a Chinese cultural delegation to visit Afghanistan and the United Arab Republic, he unfortunately died in a plane crash.
