When encountering a storm, it will become a dragon.

Great changes have taken place in the nine dragons.

These are the sentences in Mr. Ma Rongcheng's book Fengyun. The first four sentences are clay bodhisattva's praise for Xiong Ba in the first half of his life, and the last four sentences are his praise in the second half.

Refers to the bear, who needs Feng Heyun's help to develop his hegemony. Feng and Yun refer to Bu Jingyun, who has a deep hatred with the bear. With the help of the bear, he developed a set of stunts and finally defeated the bear together. So "success is also a storm, and failure is also a storm."
