Jun Ikeido
Jun Ikeido (hiragana: いけいどじゅん, June 16, 1963 -) is a Japanese novelist. Born in Gifu Prefecture, graduated from Gifu Prefectural Kamo High School and Keio University's Faculty of Letters and Faculty of Law. After graduation, he joined Mitsubishi Bank and engaged in financing business for small and medium-sized enterprises. He retired from his job in 1995. In addition to devoting himself to corporate investment consulting, he began to write business books. During this period, he began to write novels. In 1998, the novel "Flower Fruit" won the 44th Edogawa Ranpo Prize. In 2010, the novel "Bone of _" won the 31st Eiji Yoshikawa Literary Newcomer Award. In 2011, the novel "Shitamachi Rocket" won the 145th Naoki Thirty-five Prize. His representative work is "Sora Flying". In 2013, the TV series "Naoki Hansawa" adapted from the series "Naoki Hansawa" and "Naoki Hanazawa" became a huge hit, driving the sales and influence of the entire series and even other novels. In April 2014, "Shameless" and "The Roosevelt Game" were also adapted into TV series.
