Seek the original text of a sentence in Natsume Sasaki's heart
It's been a while. I wrote it while reading a book.

"Memories of kneeling at people's feet in the past will make you ride on their heads next. The reason why I abandon today's respect is that I won't be insulted tomorrow. The reason why I endure loneliness today is because I won't endure greater loneliness tomorrow. "

This is a sentence that Teacher Wang said in the book.

I started reading Heart last year. The book didn't have much ups and downs at first, just like traditional Japanese novels, but I have been shocked and moved by the book for a long time and can't erase it. This is the first time I have read Mr. Natsume's novel, and it is also my favorite of all the books I have read. Since then, I have read many novels by Mr Natsume.

How to say this novel, there is no warm and kind language of Kawabata Yasunari, and there is no particularly strong storyline. However, Mr. Natsume analyzed the understanding of life and the conflict between love, friendship and self-interest with his own vision, outlook on life and sharp and serious brushwork. In this paper, a lot of psychological descriptions are used to fully show human nature, and some incomprehensible Japanese language and thoughts are gradually understood after reading Chrysanthemum and Knife.

This story consists of a special structure. The first part is the process of the hero meeting Mr. Wang on the beach. The second part consists of a letter written by Mr. Wang, which is also a suicide note, telling the mistakes made by Mr. Wang when he was young. Although it is described in the first person, the protagonist is more like a bystander, entering Mr. Wang's life, stripping the core of the full text "Mr. Wang's Secret" layer by layer with what he saw and heard, and the length of the suicide note accounts for almost half of the full text.

At the beginning of the article, the hero summed up the image of Mr.

"A person who can love others, a person who can't help loving others, but can't reach out and hug the person who threw himself into his arms-this person is Mr."

The novel tells the story of Mr. Wang being cheated by his uncle who was regarded as a good man after his parents died, and then he felt distrust. In the process of helping his friend K, he found himself in conflict with his own self-interest, so he eagerly killed his new life and drove K to the wall. In the acquaintance with the hero, the hero's interest in Mr. Wang's life frightened him, and then he faced the secrets and guilt hidden for more than 20 years, and finally committed suicide as atonement.

In the suicide note, Mr. Wang used "ethics" to summarize the mistakes he made in the first half of his life and the fetters between Mr. Wang and K who grew up since childhood. K is an ascetic monk, and his stubborn grasp of fate made him cut off contact with his parents and adoptive parents. K thinks that the more he whips his body and spirit, the more brilliant he will be. Unrestrained work and study have put him under great pressure.

At first, Mr. Wang really wanted to help K and pull him out of the abyss of loneliness. In order to make stubborn K change his mind and even kneel before him, K moved into the landlord's house rented by Mr. Wang to avoid hurting K's self-esteem, and asked the landlord and the young lady to talk to K as much as possible so that K who looked down on women could feel the care of women from his wife and young lady. In Mr. Wang's own words, it is "holding a drowning person, I am willing to use my body temperature to warm each other."

Mr. Wang did everything he could, and K slowly started a new life, which gave him some new hopes. But K fell in love with Mr. Wang's beloved lady, and K, who had no love experience, told Mr. Wang his feelings. In the face of K's confession, Mr. Wang didn't confess, but he didn't tolerate this love. Instead, they became suspicious in many ways, tried to crush K with vicious words, rudely threw it at K with words like "like an ordinary person" and "people who are not motivated are scum", and then concealed K's engagement with Miss Wang. In Mr. Wang's mind, K doesn't exist and can't be destroyed, but the silent K accepted it completely, his mouth twitched, and he made up his mind. He stood at the door in the middle of the night and called me until he committed suicide. His originally silent heart finally got rid of it. Mr. Wang's young and tender heart drove his tolerant heart to death. Mr Natsume stripped the world of naked humanity, including the complete "criminal process".

K wrote in the suicide note:

I should have died a long time ago, so why live so far?

There must be a "duty of friendship" in his thoughts. Mr. Wang originally said, "I'm not afraid to quarrel with him, but I can't bear to let this friend fall into the lonely situation I once had. I don't want to push him into an abyss more lonely than me." But in the face of K's suicide, he didn't panic at all, as if, of course, his first consideration was whether what K left threatened him and destroyed everything planned, and he was relieved only after seeing it. This exposes the ugliest side of human nature, but if I say that death cannot be the whole cause, it is only a fatal blow to K at most. The source is the heart that can't bear the pressure of life, and corrosion oppresses him. Finally, even the resistance disappeared. The only thing is the last blow to life. "Chrysanthemum and Knife" also wrote that many Japanese people committed suicide as a relief, which shows what desolation society brought at that time.

Through the portrayal of characters, we can also see that the Japanese people are weak in human nature. This is not derogatory, but once their words hurt each other or may hurt him, they immediately apologize or say nothing, including "forbearance". The part of human kindness, from K to Mr., from the hero's father to his son, from Mr. to the hero, is obvious. Mr. Wang's personality changes over the past 20 years, from young and brave to middle-aged reticence to suicide, are the most profound and core roles in the novel.

Mr Natsume was born in 1867 and died in 19 16. "Heart" belongs to Mr. Shu Shi's later works, and "Going to a Private School in Heaven" was put forward by him at that time and devoted to novel creation. His straightforwardness refers to people's hearts and explores and analyzes the inner world of modern people's uneasiness, loneliness and helplessness. From the early masterpiece I am a cat and my brother to the later novel The Door, The Afterlife and the unfinished work Light and Shadow, I prefer light and shadow. Teacher Wang described the dialogue of the characters as a confrontation and battle, and his writing skills benefited a lot. Unfortunately, he stopped writing at the beginning of the climax of the novel.

Compared with Japanese writers, Mr. Natsume's novels are serious, slow and calm. Many people compare Mr Natsume to an anatomist with a scalpel, and put forward one life topic after another. The best book I have read this year is the Afghan novelist Khalid? Housainy's The Kite Runner also tells a story of atonement, similar to Heart. I also read many novels after that. Although the memory of my heart is fading away, the emotions in my mind at that time have always occupied my heart. I hope this way of apologizing for being 20 years late can also touch you who are looking at your heart.
