Teach children not to be picky about food, eat more foods that are good for their eyesight, such as longan pulp, yam, carrot, spinach, sweet potato, taro, corn, animal liver, beef, mulberry, red dates, or make tea with red dates, ginseng (ginseng food), medlar, chrysanthemum and Siraitia grosvenorii to protect their eyes. At the same time, please tell parents and friends to urge children not to play computer and mobile games at home, not to watch TV for too long, and to watch TV at a distance of more than 3 meters.
