These two sentences are from "Looking at Jinling at Night" by Gao Chan, a poet in the Tang Dynasty. The whole poem is as follows:
There are countless painters in the world, but they can't draw their own inner sadness. Such sadness is really extreme. Gao Chan was not a first-rate poet in the Tang Dynasty. Some people have never even heard of his name, but this poem is very popular, especially the last two sentences, which made me fall in love as soon as I read it.
The first two sentences of this poem are about clouds floating in the evening. Through the description of the scenery, it shows the ups and downs of the sad atmosphere, and the last two sentences are even more sad and happy. Some people say that this is because the author saw the decline of Jinling City in the twilight, foresaw the precarious and irreversible decline of the Tang Dynasty, and felt bitter but helpless, so he wrote such a poem.
Secondly, I want to say that I still have a rest, but it is a cool autumn.
From the ugly slave by Xin Qiji, a great poet in the Song Dynasty, in the middle wall of Shuboshan Road, the word reads:
Teenagers don't know the taste of sorrow and fall in love with the floor. Fall in love with the floor and worry about adding new words.
Now that I know what it's like to worry, I want to talk about it. I want to say, I'm still resting, but I know it's cold and autumn is here!
Xin Qiji worked hard all his life to regain lost ground, but the small court in the Southern Song Dynasty, which was in a corner, could not give him a chance to display it. Many of Xin Qiji's poems reflect deep sadness about his home country, and this one is also my favorite.
When he was a teenager, Xin Qiji always liked to climb high and look far and express his thoughts in order to write lyrics. In fact, he is a little melodramatic, sighing every day and looking sad, but he is just pretending. But after experiencing the warmth and coldness of the world, I once again tasted the sorrow of the world. When I want to say sadness, I can't say anything. I can only say lightly: what a cold, cold autumn!
It is impossible to have such a thorough understanding without experiencing great sorrow, vicissitudes of life and everything in the world. True sadness is indescribable.
Third, the lonely grave thousands of miles away has nowhere to talk about it.
From the Song Dynasty Su Shi's "Jiang Chengzi Mao Yi's 20th Dream in the First Month", the word reads:
Ten years of life and death are two boundless, disapproving and unforgettable. A lonely grave thousands of miles away, desolate and nowhere to talk about. Even if we don't know each other, our faces are dusty and our temples are frosty.
At night, I suddenly dreamed of going home, and the window of Xiao Xuan was being decorated. Care for each other without words, only a thousand lines of tears, it is expected that heartbroken every year, on the moonlit night, short pine hills.
Su Shi and his beloved wife once shared weal and woe and lived in harmony, but his wife's early death made him heartbroken. Ten years later, Su Shi buried this feeling in his heart, but instead of saying it, it became stronger and stronger, just like a soul buried in the ground. The longer it took, the more intoxicating it became.
When Su Shi experienced ups and downs and faced his wife's grave, the uncontrollable pain could no longer be controlled. However, even if there are thousands of words, he can't tell anyone. If this sentence makes you cry after reading it, you can see how painful and sad Su Shi was when he was in his heart.
Su Shi, who was extremely sad, said nothing in the face of a lonely grave thousands of miles away. Even in the dream, he was only relatively silent, but tears had already flowed for thousands of lines.
Fourth, how much sorrow can you have, just like a river flowing eastward.
From the five dynasties famous poet Li Yu, Yu Meiren said:
When is the spring flower and autumn moon, how much is known about the past. The small building was easterly again last night, and the old country could not bear to look back on the moon.
Carved fences and jade bricks should still exist, but Zhu Yan changed them. Ask how much sorrow you can have, just like a river flowing eastward.
Li Yu was very chic in the first half of his life, and lived a romantic life of "mentioning gold shoes" every day. Unfortunately, he is facing the ambitious Zhao Kuangyin. The demise of the Southern Tang Dynasty can be said to be inevitable, but Li Yu only accelerated its demise.
After the national subjugation, Li Yu was imprisoned in the palace. Every day in Lacrimosa, if one day he dreams of his old country, he will wake up crying on his pillow. On that day, it is conceivable that this song "Yu Meiren" was the peak of his extreme sadness, which was endless and unspeakable.
Five, things are people, not everything, tears flow first.
From the "Wulingchun" written by Li Qingzhao, the first talented woman in history, the word reads:
The wind has stopped the dust, the fragrant flowers have blossomed, and I am tired of combing my hair at night. Things are people, not everything, and tears flow first.
It is said that Shuangxi Spring is still good, and it is also planned to make canoes. I'm afraid the ship can't carry much worry.
Li Qingzhao's life can also be divided into two periods, with the change of Jingkang as the dividing line. Her first half life was chic and happy, and her family was good. There is a husband who loves her, and the husband and wife are in harmony. It is really an enviable fairy couple. Unfortunately, after Li Qingzhao crossed the south, she lost her savings first, and then her husband died. She was alone, dependent on others and sad.
Li Qingzhao's Wulingchun is very famous, not only because it writes great sadness, but also because it makes invisible sadness tangible. However, things are human, and people are human. I want to say something, tears have flowed down, making it difficult to speak.
Six, emotions are always ruthless, before giving orders, until dawn.
From Jie Jiang's Young Mermaid Listening to the Rain in the Song Dynasty, the word reads:
Listening to the rain song upstairs, the red candle is faint. In the prime of life, the boat is listening to the rain, the river is wide and the clouds are low, and the broken geese are called the west wind.
Now listening to the rain monk Lu, there are stars on his temples. Sorrow and joy are always ruthless, before the next step, until dawn.
Jie Jiang lived at the end of the Song Dynasty. A few years before he became a scholar, the Southern Song Dynasty perished. As a result, Jie Jiang, who perished in the country, had been weather-beaten all his life and hardly had a good life. The sorrow of the country's ruin and death made his sorrow go deep into the bone marrow.
"Yu Meiren" cleverly chose three scenes to listen to the rain, showing the high spirit and freedom of youth, the loneliness of middle age and the depression, joys and sorrows of old age. It is really heartless. The poet has been listening to the rain from night to morning, and it is conceivable how he came this night. How can ordinary people understand such concerns?
In fact, in the poems of past dynasties, there are many poems that are extremely sad, but they just can't be said. Because of the time, I only think of these classic works. From these poems, we can all see that it is unspeakable to be extremely worried and desperate. Poetry is just a carrier, but the artistic conception can't be understood without experience.
