One thought, one world

There is a Chinese saying that the great path leads to simplicity. This sine wave is called "one" in Buddhism. "One thought" is a wave, also called "one sentient being". In Taoism, this is called Yin and Yang, which is Tai Chi. In our traditional culture, it is called a dragon, and the dragon is the totem of sine waves. We say that we are the descendants of the dragon, but in fact everything comes from sine waves.

There is an unknowable and unspeakable thing, which is called "Tao". One end of "Tao" is "heart", and the other end is "existence" (reality). "Tao" connects these two parts. Surrender to the reality, maintain mindfulness at all times, and live in the "Tao". Another existence is generated between these two parts, which is called the "heart world" and is a world of illusion. Before enlightenment, most of us humans live in this world of illusion called the "inner world."

One thought, one world. Each of our thoughts and ideas is loaded with incredible energy, and this energy manifests itself in various forms. Your thoughts can create diseases, and they can also cure diseases; your thoughts can make you fall into pain, and they can also make you escape from suffering and gain happiness. Thoughts create good and evil, beauty and ugliness, success and failure, rich and poor, heaven and hell... All your life experiences are created by your thoughts. The so-called "one thought, one world". We are the creators of our own destiny, and what we see on the outside is a reflection of our inner world.

The British poet Milton has a famous saying in "Paradise Lost": "The heart is in its place, only in a thought; heaven becomes hell, hell becomes heaven." Never underestimate a small person. Thoughts, any "thought" you have may change the whole world.

One thought is heaven,

one thought is hell,

both hands hold infinity,

a moment is eternity.
