1. Determine the interview candidates
After the qualification review, each position will be shortlisted in a ratio of no less than 1:3. All qualified candidates will be listed as interview candidates. 3. Interview time: April 1 and 2, 2018 (two days), starting from 7:30 am every day. If the interview is not completed, the time will be postponed.
4. Interview location: Wuhe Campus of Guangxi Normal University.
5. Interview method: The interview adopts a trial teaching method that simulates classroom teaching.
6. Interview content: Examine the candidates’ various aspects and elements of teaching design, blackboard design, student participation, classroom organization ability, language expression ability, adaptability, appearance, etc.
7. Interview score: The full interview score is 100 points, and a score of 60 points or more (including 60 points) is considered qualified. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview. Those who fail to pass the interview will not be determined as candidates for assessment.
8. Other interview matters:
