Cover letter
The function of a cover letter is to let the employer know that you are very interested and capable of filling this position, and to attract him or her to look through your resume and other self-recommendation materials.
Don’t write a cover letter that is too long. Just state the reasons why you are interested in this position or want to interview. Generally, one or two paragraphs or one page is enough.
Think of it this way: If you only had 5 to 10 seconds, what would you say to your employer? Just write these things in.
You should write different cover letters for different positions.
1. Format of the cover letter
(1) State the name and title or position of the recipient of the letter, such as: Mr. ××× or Ms. ××× or ×× × Manager, etc.
(2) Text:

Focus on describing your understanding of the position and the reasons for your interest. We must avoid pretending to understand what we don’t understand and pretending to be knowledgeable; we must also avoid being mysterious and abusing professional terminology. For example:
“According to my understanding, the personnel manager should be like the right-hand man of the enterprise leader, playing a connecting role between the previous and the following. Especially in the teamwork spirit that modern enterprises place special emphasis on, they should have certain organizational capabilities and Appealing power. Then you should state the reasons for applying, be well-founded and highlight the most persuasive part of the person. For example:

End: It is often a polite sentence to show your sincerity, express your gratitude to the company, and hope to get an interview opportunity.

2. Issues that should be paid attention to when writing a cover letter
(1) Be sincere in attitude, appropriate in wording, tactful but not obscure, respectful but not flattering, confident but not arrogant. It should neither be like an administrative report and lack enthusiasm, nor should it be too enthusiastic and appear to be trying to please.
(2) Focus on reality and be targeted. It is best to understand the unit before writing to avoid speaking in layman's terms.
(3) Seek truth from facts, be truthful in what you say, highlight your own advantages, and never be rhetorical or deceitful.
(4) Full of personality and unconventional. If you can talk about the industry prospects, market analysis or constructive opinions will have good results. There are no rules in this area, you just need to use your own brain.
(5) Be concise and to the point, and write neatly.
