During the flight, the pilot-in-command shall carry out the flight in accordance with the operating rules and procedures formulated by the company; Guide and supervise the crew to enter the optimal flight state according to regulations and procedures; Under special circumstances, in order to ensure the safety of the aircraft and its personnel and property, the pilot-in-command has the right to dispose of the aircraft. In an emergency that requires immediate decision-making or action, you can take any necessary safety measures and be responsible for the accuracy of handling the consequences in an emergency. At each operation stage and in case of emergency, the captain should strictly abide by the checklist and ensure that the operation procedures in the operation manual are followed. If the captain finds that the crew members are not suitable for the flight mission, he has the right to propose adjustments in order to ensure flight safety. The pilot-in-command has the right to refuse to take off when he finds that the meteorological conditions of the aircraft and the airport do not meet the requirements and cannot ensure flight safety. During the flight, the pilot-in-command has the right to take necessary and appropriate measures to destroy the aircraft, disturb the order in the aircraft, endanger the safety of personnel or property on the aircraft and other acts that endanger flight safety. After the flight, the captain should be responsible for reporting all known or suspicious aircraft failures to the company. The pilot-in-command shall be responsible for the flight record of the flight crew list, crew responsibilities, departure and arrival time, flight hours, flight nature, signature of the person in charge, etc. When an aircraft is in distress, the captain has the right to take all necessary measures and direct the crew and other personnel on the aircraft to take emergency measures. In case of emergency, when it is necessary to evacuate the plane in distress, first organize passengers to leave the plane safely; The crew shall not leave the aircraft without the permission of the captain or the passengers have not completely evacuated the aircraft; The captain should leave the plane last. After accidents, serious unsafe incidents and other unsafe incidents occur in flight operation, the captain has the responsibility to keep the operation data such as QAR, cockpit voice records, release instructions, meteorological data, etc., and should report the situation to the relevant departments in time in the existing and fastest way. When the flight is delayed or abnormal, the captain should first report to the company's dispatching room and provide abnormal information in time.
