As you can see, different letters of recommendation describe and emphasize the different qualities of the recommended person. The leader of the work unit should emphasize the work performance in the recommendation letter, and the teacher/tutor should emphasize the learning and scientific research ability. Therefore, we must consciously choose relevant qualities and integrate them into different letters of recommendation, and prove the applicant's quality with concrete examples and more conclusive data.
It should also be noted that the recommendation letter must be signed by the recommender at the end, and it is best for the recommender to send it directly to the school admissions office official or the dean of the school applying for admission. If it is sent by the recommended person, the recommendation letter can be sealed in an envelope, and the recommender will sign the envelope to show confidentiality. The letter of recommendation is marked on the front of the envelope, indicating that it is a letter of recommendation.
