(1) If the users of construction hoisting machinery do not have the qualification certificate of professional contracting enterprise for hoisting equipment installation engineering, they shall sign the construction hoisting machinery maintenance contract and emergency rescue contract with the equipment installation and maintenance unit before the installation notice, and the equipment installation and maintenance unit shall formulate the construction hoisting machinery maintenance management system, equipment maintenance plan and emergency rescue plan. The equipment maintenance contract shall specify the content (not less than the requirements of point 4 of this article), duration (not less than the requirements of point 5 of this article) and responsibilities of equipment maintenance. The emergency rescue contract shall specify the person responsible for emergency rescue, the mobile phone number of the person responsible, and the promised service working time and response time.

(2) If the user of construction hoisting machinery has the corresponding professional contracting enterprise qualification certificate for hoisting equipment installation engineering, it shall formulate the maintenance management system, equipment maintenance plan and emergency rescue plan for construction hoisting machinery before the installation notice of construction hoisting machinery, and require the maintenance management system and equipment maintenance plan to clearly specify the specific content (not less than the requirements of point 4 of this article), cycle (not less than the requirements of point 5 of this article) and responsibilities of equipment maintenance. The emergency rescue plan shall specify the person responsible for emergency rescue, the mobile phone number of the person responsible, and the working time and response time of the promised service.

Second, the use and management of construction hoisting machinery

(a) Before the construction hoisting machinery is used, the general contractor, installation and maintenance unit, subcontractors and supervision unit * * * shall make joint safety technical disclosure with equipment operators, signal commanders and maintenance personnel, and the relevant responsible personnel shall sign it. Joint safety technical disclosure can use the related equipment operation safety technical disclosure sheet and related equipment safety operation procedures in the Unified Table of Building Construction Safety Management in Guangdong Province.

(2) Construction crane operators should strictly implement safety operation procedures and relevant safety operation regulations in their operations, establish a succession system, and fill in corresponding records.

(3) Before and after each shift, the project equipment management personnel of the general contracting unit should check and record together with the operating personnel in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Establishing the Inspection System for Vertical Transportation Equipment on the Construction Site (Shunjian telex No.04.63), and should immediately deal with any hidden accidents or other unsafe factors; In case of emergency, you can decide to stop using the equipment and report to the on-site safety management personnel and relevant person in charge in time.

(4) The driver's cab of the construction crane shall be equipped with operating instructions related to operation and maintenance, as well as the related equipment operation safety technical disclosure sheet and related equipment safety operation procedures used in the above-mentioned joint safety technical disclosure, and the telephone number of the maintenance service hotline of the equipment maintenance unit, the person responsible for emergency rescue and the mobile phone number of the person responsible shall be posted. The driver of construction hoisting machinery should carry a mobile phone (but it is forbidden to answer the phone when operating) so as to report the abnormal situation of the equipment and help information in time.

(5) The general contractor of construction shall strictly implement these provisions and the laws, regulations, standards and specifications related to safety production, make corresponding safety protection, and set up safety warning signs in a prominent position.

(six) the construction general contracting unit shall set up corresponding equipment management institutions or be equipped with full-time management personnel according to the actual situation. The management personnel of the equipment management organization of the general contracting unit of engineering construction should be familiar with the mechanical performance, regularly check the use of construction hoisting machinery, and deal with the problems immediately when they are found; In case of emergency, have the right to decide to stop using the equipment and report to the relevant person in charge in time.

Third, the equipment maintenance requirements

The installation and maintenance unit shall formulate the maintenance system according to the relevant requirements of equipment safety and technical performance, and implement the maintenance work according to the following procedures and steps:

(1) Safety inspection and maintenance before equipment installation: check the integrity of the performance of the main mechanism of the equipment, check the visible defects of the main steel structures and connectors and their pins and bolts, check the corrosion protection of the equipment surface, form records and issue installation opinions.

(II) Daily maintenance of equipment after delivery: The driver of equipment operation or full-time personnel of users are responsible for daily maintenance, and the installation and maintenance unit is obliged to supervise and inspect the contents of daily maintenance. The main contents of daily maintenance are summarized as "cross operation method": cleaning, fastening, lubrication, adjustment and anticorrosion. Every day after work 10 ~ 30 minutes, check whether all parts and parts of the equipment are normal, refuel and lubricate according to regulations, pay attention to whether the mechanical operation sound is normal, and do a good job of cleaning and handover to achieve the purpose of neat appearance and normal operation of the equipment. Daily maintenance records and handover records should be made into fixed forms for file management.

(3) Regular inspection and maintenance during the use of the equipment: maintain and repair the mechanical equipment several times within the specified time, focusing on cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, disassembly and overhaul. Generally, it is completed by maintenance personnel and operators.

(4) Overhaul requirements (recommended, not mandatory at present): Overhaul is a comprehensive and thorough recovery repair method to make the equipment meet the requirements in essence (technical performance) and appearance (repainting) when the main assembly of the equipment reaches or approaches the service life limit, the mechanical and dynamic performance is obviously reduced, the oil consumption is increased, the operation is ineffective, the sound is abnormal or the equipment can no longer play its normal production performance. Maintenance should be carried out by maintenance professionals, and recorded and accepted. For equipment that has exceeded or is close to the retirement age, an overhaul acceptance certificate shall be provided before installation.

Four. Contents of regular maintenance of equipment

For construction hoisting machinery other than mobile cranes, the regular maintenance of the equipment shall at least include the following contents:

(1) The following work contents are required in the product manual or instruction manual:

1. All work contents of regular inspection (including daily inspection, weekly inspection and quarterly inspection);

2. Inspection, cleaning, lubrication and fastening;

3. Replacement of worn parts.

(2) The inspection, test and replacement of safety devices and electrical protection devices shall comply with Safety Regulations for Construction Lifts GB 10055-2007, Safety Regulations for Tower Cranes GB5 144-2006, Safety Regulations for Lifting Machinery GB6067-85 and Technical Regulations for the Use of Construction Machinery.

(three) other regular inspection contents:

1. State changes of concrete foundation, anchor bolts, wall-attached devices, cable wind rope and ground anchor;

2. Obvious defects such as deformation, crack and corrosion of structural parts;

3. The connection, corrosion and positioning of pins, bolts, positioning plates and flanges at the joints of structural members (especially the connecting pins of the boom);

4. The operation of the mechanism, especially the action and performance of the brake (no load); Brake wear: brake pad thinning, adjustment device, noise, etc. Wear of parts;

5. Reliability and accuracy of protective devices and safety limiting devices;

6. Wear of wire rope, pulley or rack and the state that the end of wire rope is fixed on the drum;

7. Hydraulic devices: pressure, pressure gauge, oil level, oil products, joints, pipe fittings and oil leakage;

8. Hook, hook nut and locking device: visible deformation, crack and wear;

9. Pre-tightening force of connecting bolts: check with a special wrench. Once cracks appear, the strength grade of connecting bolts of standard joints shall not be used;

10. Lifting torque and lifting weight limiter: it is forbidden to adjust at will, and it should be hoisted and debugged again after replacing parts;

The periodic inspection and maintenance cycle of tower cranes and construction lifts shall not be greater than once a month.

The periodic inspection and maintenance cycle of derrick material hoist should not be more than once every two months.

Six, equipment regular maintenance records

Installation and maintenance units shall formulate numbered regular maintenance records of construction hoisting machinery, and comprehensively record the maintenance contents.

After the regular maintenance of each construction crane, the equipment installation and maintenance unit shall issue a regular maintenance record of the construction crane and deposit it in the technical file of the construction crane. The equipment installation and maintenance unit and the inspector shall affix their seals and signatures respectively. In addition, the equipment installation and maintenance unit should also fill in the "Equipment Regular Maintenance Record" in the resume manual in time, which should include the table number of the "Construction Crane Regular Maintenance Record" and be stamped and signed by the equipment installation and maintenance unit and the inspector respectively.
