Step 2: Download the electronic version of the application materials. Applicants enter the whole process electronic registration system, fill in the application information and download the application materials spreadsheet.
Step 3: Electronic signature and application submission. After checking that the application information in the electronic form is correct, managers, legal representatives, shareholders, directors and other relevant signatories insert digital certificates, electronically sign the electronic form, submit the application and wait for the audit results.
Step 4: Query the processing results online. The applicant can check the processing results in the online registration system. If the commercial registration authority approves the registration, the applicant can obtain an electronic business license in the online registration system.
